Abstract: A method of collecting data from multiple sources in a multi-tenant system is provided. The method includes obtaining data corresponding to a first tenant in the multi-tenant system and a second tenant in the multi-tenant system from a first source, obtaining data corresponding to the first tenant in the multi-tenant system and the second tenant in the multi-tenant system from a second source, and aggregating the data obtained from the first and second sources into a single database and associating each entry of the obtained data with at least one of the tenants of the multi-tenant system.

Abstract: A method of controlling the execution of a payment application by a mobile terminal, in near field communication with a payment device. The method includes transmitting an application selection request to the payment device, and verifying the application identifier received from the payment device against a list of authorized applications. Abstract: A method and system for automatically creating Bills of Materials. A Building Information Model (BIM) electronic drawing is created on a 3D BIM program using Bill of Material standards. The BIM electronic drawing is exported, filtered and stored into a database with a cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) service on a cloud communications network The data is analyzed to produce in real-time a Bill of Materials accurate down to an individual piece level (e.g., stud, board, pipe, duct, etc.) for desired physical structures (e.g., houses, townhomes, multi-unit housing, etc.). The Bill of Materials includes a report produced in a standard and repeatable format, thereby reducing risk, reducing costs and ensuring a trackable level of quality for the builders of the desired physical structure and eliminating any need for estimating of any quantity, cost, installation time, installation cost or waste factor for any one of the plural physical components used to build the desired physical structure.

Abstract: In one implementation, a system for automatically profiling pallets includes a frame defining an opening that is sized and shaped for a pallet to pass through, and cameras mounted to the frame, the cameras being configured to capture images of a pallet as it passes through the frame. The system further includes a profiling computer system that is configured to receive the images captured by the cameras and to automatically profile the pallet based, at least in part, on analysis of the images. Automatically profiling the pallet includes generating a point cloud representing the pallet based on the images, determining a size of the pallet based on the point cloud generated from images of the pallet, identifying contents of the pallet based on the images, and providing pallet information identifying, at least, the size and contents of the pallet to a warehouse management system in association with the pallet.

In some situations, program execution is managed for multiple users using excess program execution capacity of one or more computing systems. In some such situations, excess or otherwise unused program execution capacity may be made available to execute programs on a temporary basis, such that the programs executing using the excess program execution capacity may be terminated at any time if other preferred use for the excess program execution capacity arises. The excess program execution capacity may in some situations be provided in conjunction with other dedicated program execution capacity that is allocated to particular users, such as to use unused dedicated capacity of some users as excess capacity for other users. In some situations, the techniques are used in conjunction with a fee-based program execution service that executes multiple programs on behalf of multiple users of the service.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for changing a financial account after initiating a payment using a proxy object, such as a proxy card, are disclosed. The proxy card is associated with multiple financial accounts, such as accounts associated with credit cards, debit cards, and pre-paid gift cards. A consumer presents the proxy card to a merchant to make a payment, and the merchant swipes the proxy card and processes the payment by sending transaction information to a financial system. A computer system associated with the financial system selects a payment account associated with the proxy card to use for the payment, and an authorization for the transaction is obtained. Later, the consumer is given a limited time within which he may change the financial account used for the payment, such as by using his mobile device to select a different account associated with the proxy card to use to obtain funds for the payment.

Configuration information is received that is generated based on user inputs. The user inputs designate a region of the sample payment coupon and define how scanned information in the designated region is to be interpreted.

Abstract: One variation of a method for fulfilling custom food orders includes: in response to request for a custom food order from a patron through an ordering portal executing on a computing device, retrieving a location of the computing device; identifying a set of food assembly apparatuses within a threshold distance of the location of the computing device; aggregating a list of ingredients currently loaded into the set of food assembly apparatuses; in response to selection of a particular ingredient in the list of ingredients for the custom food order, removing ingredients, from the list of ingredients, unique to a food assembly apparatus not currently loaded with the particular ingredient; selecting a particular food assembly apparatus, from the set, currently loaded with a set of ingredients specified in the custom food order; and inserting the custom food order into a food order queue assigned to the particular food assembly apparatus.
