  • Patent number: 9874048
Abstract: A bendable display apparatus includes two supporting devices, a carrying plate, and a soft display mounted on the carrying plate. Each supporting device includes a hinge module and two buffering modules respectively installed on two opposite sides of the hinge module. Each buffering module includes an external linking member fixed on the hinge module, an internal linking member fixed on the carrying plate and being movable with respect to the external linking member, and a gear driven by the hinge module to move the internal linking member. Each hinge module is bendable between an unfolded position and an inwardly folded position. When the hinge module is bent from the unfolded position toward the inwardly folded position, the gear is driven by the hinge module to move the corresponding internal linking member away from the pivots.

  • Patent number: 9874906
Abstract: A supporting device includes a hinge module and two buffering modules respectively installed on two opposite sides of the hinge module. Each buffering module includes an internal linking member fixed on the hinge module, an external linking member slidably disposed on the internal linking member, and an elastic member connected to the internal linking member and the external linking member. The hinge module is bendable between an unfolded position and an outwardly folded position. When the hinge module is at the unfolded position, the supporting device is a flat construction, and the elastic members are configured to block the external linking members to move away from the pivots. When the hinge module is at the outwardly folded position, the supporting device is a curved construction and the internal linking members are arranged at the inner side of the curved construction.

  • Patent number: 8500000
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for locking and unlocking the roller shutter (12, 15) of a container (10) that can be inserted into a rack (11) and removed therefrom. The roller shutter (12, 15) is pulled open by a stationary pin engaging therewith during insertion of the container (10), it is pulled shut by the same engagement of the pin (14) when the container (10) is pulled out of the rack (11). In the closed position, the roller shutter (12, 15) shall be locked reliably and accurately. Two locking pins (21, 22) that can be actuated by cam tracks (35, 36) extending in longitudinal direction of the rack (11) and provided at the rack (11) serve for this purpose. The first locking pin (21) serves to lock the roller shutter (12, 15), the second locking pin (22) keeps the roller shutter (12, 15) in its exactly defined closed position during the locking by the first locking pin (21). As a result thereof, position errors of the roller shutter (12, 15) during locking and unlocking are prevented.

  • Patent number: 8490859
Abstract: The rotating mailbox device is provided in varying degrees of complexity, with each embodiment thereof focused on as basic a design as is possible while still retaining the important features of the device. Even the most basic design provides illuminated address, illumination strips within the mailbox assembly, and exterior indicators for indicating mail received via sensing of door opening. Of importance is that the basic design of the device dictates that the dished tray is rotateably affixed directly atop the post and may also be affixed off-center regarding the tray. The direct post-to-tray attachment negates the need for further attachment devices such as horizontal arms, for example. Lateral attachment of the mailbox assembly to the platform elevated section provides for easiest disassembly of part of the device and also for the elevated section to be a floor for the mailbox assembly.
