  • Patent number: 11433430
Abstract: An article discharge system includes a placement unit in which the article group is placed, plural grippers, a movable member, a robot that moves the movable member, weight acquisition units, and a control unit. The plural grippers grip some articles with gripping member. The plural grippers are attached to the movable member. The weight acquisition units acquire weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips. The control unit moves the movable member, brings the plural grippers closer to the placement unit, causes the plural grippers to grip some of the articles of the article group placed in the placement unit, and, based on the result of a combination calculation using the weight values of the articles that each of the grippers grips and which the weight acquisition units have acquired, causes predetermined grippers among the plural grippers to release the articles and thereby discharge the articles.

  • Patent number: 11427406
Abstract: A conveyor has multiple successive fixed stops (17), each suitable for holding the empty beverage container (20) in place. A horizontal ladder frame (12) structure lifts the beverage container (20) in sequences above one fixed stop (17) at a time. Multiple lifting motions transport the beverage container (20) through the successive fixed stops (17). The ladder frame (12) structure has plural transverse beams (14) that reciprocate between a flat position and a raised position. The motion from the float position to the raised position ejects the beverage container (20) above the fixed stop (17).

  • Patent number: 11427409
Abstract: Embodiments herein provide automated bin packing of heterogeneous objects to fill maximum number of objects in an available bin space in an efficient manner. Conventional methods are less efficient in packing heterogeneous objects in a space and time efficient manner. The apparatus receives a plurality of 3D objects through a primary conveyor and diverts each of the plurality of 3D objects to an identified cuboidal bin through a corresponding secondary conveyor. Each of the plurality of 3D objects are diverted based on a tracking code associated with each of the plurality of 3D objects and a computed available bin space of the identified cuboidal bin corresponding to each of the plurality of 3D objects. Here the available bin space is computed based on a bin space information received from a corresponding bin vision sensor and a corresponding state space of the identified cuboidal bin.
