Abstract: A system may include processor(s), a memory in communication with the processor(s), and storing instructions, that when executed by the processor(s), are configured to cause the system to prevent unnecessary payments. The system may receive a signal indicative of an event in which a user device associated with a user enters a geofenced area associated with a merchant. The system may identify a merchant category code (MCC) associated with the merchant, and determine whether benefit(s) related to the MCC are associated with account(s) of the user. The system may receive an attempted purchase associated with the merchant, and may determine whether the attempted purchase relates to the benefit(s). The system may automatically block the attempted purchase related to the benefit(s) and associated with the user, and may transmit a message to the user via the user device, the message providing the benefit(s).

Abstract: Systems and methods for generating personalized navigation menus are disclosed. For example, the system may include one or more memory units storing instructions and one or more processors configured to execute the instructions to perform operations. The operations may include receiving account data associated with a plurality of accounts and receiving navigation menu data associated with the accounts. The operations may include training a model based on the account data and the navigation menu data. The operations may include receiving a request associated with a user and receiving user account data associated with the user. The operations may include generating, using the model, a navigation menu based on the request and the user account data. The operations may include providing the navigation menu.

Abstract: The disclosed systems and methods may request a merchant identifier associated with a merchant from a third party, receive the merchant identifier, retrieve or receive a first uniform resource locator (URL) associated with the merchant, and store the merchant identifier and the first URL in a database. In response to a web browser extension detecting that a user is preparing to make an online purchase associated with the merchant, the system may receive an age request for an age of the merchant from a user device and identify the merchant identifier in the database based on a second URL included in the age request. The system may then request the age of the merchant from the database based on the merchant identifier, receive the age of the merchant from the third party, and transmit the age of the merchant to the user device for display.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for using haptic vibration for inter-device communication. In one implementation, a system for inter-device communication using haptic vibration may include at least one force gauge configured to measure displacements caused by an external device in contact with the at least one force gauge; at least one memory storing instructions; and at least one processor configured to execute the instructions to: receive an identifier associated with a user; retrieve a pattern associated with the received identifier; receive, from the at least one force gauge, one or more measurements over a period of time; assess a degree of difference between the received one or more measurements and the retrieved pattern; and, when the degree of difference is below a threshold, authenticate the user.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method for anonymizing online transaction details may include performing a process to generate an identifier (ID) and reference address for a user, and receiving a request for transaction processing from an e-commerce server. The request may include first data including: information associated with a purchase of a product to be delivered to the user; the identifier; and the reference address. The method may further include: in response to the request, determining whether the ID and reference address are included in the request, and if so, obtaining the accurate address and shipping rate rules; applying, based on the first data and the accurate address, the shipping rate rules to determine accurate shipping rate cost information associated with delivering the product to the accurate address; performing an anonymizing process on the accurate information to obtain anonymous shipping rate information, and transmitting the anonymous shipping rate information to the e-commerce server.

Abstract: In certain embodiments, image-feature malicious-activity detection and access prevention may be facilitated, where an activity notification associated with a transaction triggers feature detection for at least one image related to a different transaction. In some embodiments, a first image (received in connection with a first transaction) may be associated with the first transaction, and a second image (received in connection with a second transaction) may be associated with a second transaction. In response to a malicious activity notification associated with the first transaction, an identifying characteristic (e.g., a facial feature) detected in the first image may be used to determine whether to prevent access to an account related to the second transaction. As an example, in response to determining that the identifying characteristic is present in the second image, access to the account related to the second transaction may be prevented.

Abstract: Systems and methods for implementing an auto-pause functionality for recurring payment transactions that continue to be charged, despite being associated with an unavailable merchant service as mandated by a public closure restriction. One operational aspect of the disclosed systems and methods is active detection of a possible closure condition based on monitoring a ratio of on-line (Card Not Present) to in-person (Card Present) transactions, internally computed over several time windows. The outcome of the ratio test falling below a predefined value is indicative of a possible public closure condition. There is an external verification step based on externally provided information associated with a published closure notification. Disclosed process further involves an indexing operation for parsing and tracking of recurring transaction string data to facilitate the identification of invalid recurring transaction strings, once a public closure condition is verified.

Abstract: Embodiments of systems and methods for generating virtual account-linked cards are described. A virtual account-linked card may be generated in response to a determination that a physical account-linked card has been forgotten at a card reader and ingested by the card reader. A virtual account-linked card may be restricted such that it can only be used to execute a transaction with authorized transaction partners identified in a database.

Abstract: In a method for securing a web browser, display instructions for displaying web content are received from a content server by a web browser operating on a client computing device. The web browser creates a document object using the display instructions and determines from the document object whether one or more of the display instructions meet font profiling criteria selected to identify attempts to profile font display characteristics of the web browser. Responsive to a determination that font profiling criteria are met, the web browser alters a character display of the document object and implements the document object for displaying the web content on the client computing device.

Abstract: In a method for transferring payment account information, a payment information transfer request is received from an account holder device associated with a first provider account. A list of payees to which electronic payments have been made from the first provider account is transmitted to the account holder device for display to the account holder and a user selection of at least one selected payee from the list of one or more payees is received from the account holder device. A payment account information data file is assembled in a predetermined data format, the file including payment account information for each selected payee. The system may further deny access to the account when the webcam is unable to detect the face or an identifying characteristic of the person attempting to access the account.
