  • Publication number: 20230173853
Abstract: A tire 2 includes a bead portion 2B to be fitted onto a rim R. The bead portion 2B includes a first vent line 50 extending in a circumferential direction, a second vent line 52 located outward of the first vent line 50 and extending in the circumferential direction, a columnar protrusion 54 located outward of the second vent line 52, and a saw cut 56 extending between the first vent line 50 and the columnar protrusion 54 and intersecting the second vent line 52. The first vent line 50, the second vent line 52, the columnar protrusion 54, and the saw cut 56 project from an outer surface of the bead portion 2B. The second vent line 52 is located on the columnar protrusion 54 side with respect to a midpoint LC between the first vent line 50 and the columnar protrusion 54.

  • Publication number: 20200254821
Abstract: A tyre includes a tread portion including first and second land portions. The first middle land portion is provided with first middle lateral grooves traversing the first middle land portion completely. The second middle land portion is provided with second middle lateral grooves traversing the second middle land portion completely. One of the first middle lateral grooves includes a raised portion in which a groove bottom thereof is raised, the raised portion traversing an axial center location of the first middle land portion. One of the second middle lateral grooves includes a raised portion in which a groove bottom thereof is raised, the raised portion traversing an axial center location of the second middle land portion. An axial length of the raised portion of the first middle lateral groove is greater than an axial length of the raised portion of the second middle lateral groove.

  • Publication number: 20190009616
Abstract: A pneumatic tire has a contact patch when the tire is mounted on a standard wheel rim and inflated to a standard pressure and contacted with a flat surface by loading a standard load and leaning toward a first direction in the tire axial direction at a camber angle of 3 degrees, wherein a position at which the maximum ground contact length in the tire circumferential direction of the contact patch occurs, is positioned at an axial distance of 20% to 30% of the maximum axial width of the contact patch from the axial center of the contact patch toward the first direction.
