  • Publication number: 20230364270
Abstract: Described herein are liposomes that can be capable of targeting within blood vessels to an intended tissue area presenting at least one vascular inflammatory marker and enhancing imaging contrast therein. Described herein are aspects of a targeting liposome that can carry antibodies against at least one vascular inflammatory marker and a contrast agent to an intended tissue area presenting the at least one vascular inflammatory marker whereby the liposomes can be capable of anchoring to the intended vascular inflammation site and enhancing imaging contrast of it. Also described herein are methods of using the targeting liposomes for anchoring the liposomes to vascular inflammation and imaging vascular inflammation.

  • Publication number: 20210092908
Abstract: A method of making a solar module comprising forming an arcuate frame and adhesively bonding a solar cell formed of a flexible sheet of a thin film organic photovoltaic solar material to the frame or to a flexible backing attachable to the frame to at least partially cover an upwardly facing part of the frame. The invention also extends to the module. The module may be deployable into a deployed configuration. It may be used over a poly-tunnel, or on a roof, or in other applications.

  • Patent number: 10209233
Abstract: An analyte sensing probe for attachment to a ferromagnetic surface, the probe comprising a flexible collector plate for placing against the surface, the collector plate having a hole in communication with one end of a capillary and defining when placed against the surface a gap through which air may flow from the periphery of the plate to the capillary, the air entraining any analyte passing through the surface for measurement by an instrument connected in use to the capillary, wherein, in order to cause the collector plate to conform to the surface, the probe further comprises a flexible magnetic assembly positioned on the side of the collector plate remote from the surface, the assembly being composed of a plurality of mutually articulated segments of which at least some are magnetically attracted to the surface.
