  • Publication number: 20220161512
Abstract: In a tire vulcanization system, a raw tire is carried into a lower mold by a tire conveyance device in a state where a vulcanized tire is hung by a tire hanging portion at an open position where a mold is opened. The tire conveyance device receives and carries out the vulcanized tire hung by the tire hanging portion in a state where the raw tire is carried into the lower mold.

  • Publication number: 20220032565
Abstract: A tire vulcanization system is configured to deliver a vulcanized tire carried out from a vulcanizer by a tire conveyance device to a PCI device at a first position, and attaches an upper lid. The PCI device mounted with the upper lid is moved from the first position to a second position by a PCI moving portion. The tire conveyance device is configured to receive the raw tire disposed above the PCI device moved to the second position and carry the raw tire into the vulcanizer.

  • Patent number: 9849610
Abstract: For heating a mold efficiently and uniformly and for protecting an induction coil from corrosive gases, an upper plate that contacts an upper end face of a mold, and a lower plate that contacts a lower end face of the mold are provided, and an induction coil, provided to each plate, has a voltage applied by a commercial power supply. Each plate has a metal plate body in which a recessed housing portion that houses the induction coil is formed, and a cover that closes the recessed housing portion in a state where the induction coil is housed therein. A cover placement portion having a step that is greater than or equal to the thickness of the metal cover is formed in the metal plate body, and a plurality of jacket chambers in which a gas-liquid two phase heating medium is enclosed are formed in the metal plate body.

  • Patent number: 9415638
Abstract: Provided is a decorative tire in which an ink composition including a colorant is directly applied onto the tire surface in order to improve the degree of flexibility in design. This decorative tire has a decorative printed layer formed on the tire surface, the decorative printed layer being a cured film of an active-energy-ray-curable ink composition including a colorant. The ink composition includes a monofunctional monomer having a glass transition point of ?30° C. or lower, and a polyfunctional monomer having a glass transition point of 0° C. or lower. Preferably, the ink composition further includes a monofunctional monomer having an alicyclic structure with a glass transition point between 0-110° C. inclusive. Preferably, a surface protection layer that protects the surface of the decorative printed layer is formed on the surface of the decorative printed layer. Also, preferably, a primer layer is formed between the tire surface and the decorative printed layer.

  • Patent number: 9221306
Abstract: A tire printing method capable of highly precise printing by quickly and accurately measuring the profile of the side face of a tire for printing and setting a printing clearance properly. The printing is done on the side face (3) of the tire (2) by discharging ink from nozzles of a print head (61) disposed to face the side face (3). The method includes the step of detecting side face information of the tire (2) using a two-dimensional displacement measuring sensor (51) disposed to face the side face (3) of the tire (2) and the step of adjusting the distance between the print head (61) and the side face (3) of the tire (2) by adjusting either the position of the print head (61) or the distance between the beads (24, 24) of the tire (2) based on the side face information of the tire (2).
