  • Publication number: 20140038292
Abstract: An object is to provide a Tol1 element transposase and a use thereof. Provided is a Tol1 element transposase containing (a) a protein having the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID No: 1 or (b) a protein having an amino acid sequence homologous to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 and having an enzymatic activity for transferring Tol1 element. Further, provided is a polynucleotide encoding the transposase and an expression construct containing the polynucleotide therein. The present invention also provides a DNA introduction system including (a) a donor factor having such a structure that a desired DNA is inserted in a transposase gene-defected Tol1 element and (b) a helper factor containing the transposase or the polynucleotide.

  • Publication number: 20080216075
Abstract: An apparatus for supporting creation of a program includes: a program execution module (25) which reads a program (60) including a random output block (64) from a storage device (30), executes a program with a test input value, and obtains an execution result of the program; a model execution module (22) which reads a model (40) including a random output model block (44) from the storage device (30), executes the model on the test input value using a model execution tool, and obtains an execution result of the model; and a cross-checking module (28) which compares the execution result obtained by the program execution module (25) and the execution result obtained by the model execution module (22). The model execution module (22) obtains an output value of the random output block which is outputted as a result of execution of the program, and uses the output value of the random output block (64) as an output value of the random output model block (44) in the model.

  • Patent number: 6965751
Abstract: In a collaborative learning system capable of collaborative learning by operating resources of a server from a plurality of clients, activity model data is used which can express roles and the relation and behaviors between roles. The status of roles of each learner can therefore be monitored. Resource operations and interpretation of the operations of roles are both registered. Resource operations can be added while retaining the role interpretation function.

  • Publication number: 20020160350
Abstract: Interactive data for group A or collaborative learning work data for group A stores cooperation leaning data shared by a plurality of learners. In a learning state data updating process, requests for access to the group A interactive data or group A collaborative learning work data are detected in correspondence with a learner client and the number of access requests to the collaborative learning data is detected in correspondence with the learner client. In a learning state notifying process, access request numbers of a plurality of learner clients are compared with each other and a comparison result is notified to an instructor client and/or the learner client in accordance with the comparison result.

  • Patent number: 5978595
Abstract: A method of actively guiding and helping the user is disclosed, in which various supporting functions can be performed in accordance with a particular user situation. The method is equipped with user situation detection data having at least a user situation and a corresponding interaction pattern activated in such a user situation, supporting function select data having at least a user situation and a corresponding user supporting function name to be activated in the particular user situation, and at least one user supporting function. Each time an input is received from the user, the contents of the input are stored as an operation log data. The interaction pattern data of the user situation detection data is compared with the operation log data.

  • Patent number: 5065400
Abstract: In a method for editing and executing a program in a processing apparatus, the program is subdivided into modules which are units for validating correction thereof. A control table is provided having a flag for each module to indicate whether or not an edited program associated therewith has been corrected. Each time a program is corrected, the correction thereof is registered to the table, thereby only permitting the execution of a program module for which the pertinent flag of the table indicates the program correction.
