  • Patent number: 5697210
Abstract: A fully-fired combined plant includes a boiler, a boiler feed air line provided with an air heater for feeding heated air to the boiler, a gas turbine, a gas turbine exhaust gas line connected to the gas turbine and the boiler feed air line downstream of the air heater for feeding exhaust gas from the gas turbine into the boiler feed air line. A shutter is provided on the gas turbine exhaust gas line for shutting the line at the time the operation of the gas turbine is stopped, and a ventilator is provided on the gas turbine exhaust gas line on the upstream side of the shutter with respect to a gas turbine exhaust gas flow for ventilating the gas turbine exhaust gas line on the upstream side of the shutter.

  • Patent number: 4858562
Abstract: A power generation plant comprising a gas turbine and a waste heat recovery boiler in which feed water is heat-exchanged with exhaust gas from the gas turbine to produce vapor. A steam turbine system incorporates a reheat turbine and a high pressure turbine to which the vapor is supplied from the waste heat recovery boiler, with a generator being driven by the steam turbine system and condenser for condensing vapor from the stream turbine system into condensate and for supplying the condensate to the waste heat recovery boiler as the feed water. The waste heat recovery boiler is provided with a secondary reheater, a super heater, a primary reheater reheating vapor to be supplied to the secondary reheater and an evaporator for evaporating the feed water from the condenser into vapor and for supplying the vapor to the super heater, in order with respect to the exhaust gas flow.

  • Patent number: 4396972
Abstract: An airport marker lighting system of an inset type that includes a lamp preparation step, a lamp housing preparation step and an assembling step. The first step prepares a plurality of different sorts of lamps of power consumption ratings and classes them into a plurality of groups. Each of the lamps have an identical base in size and the same distance between a position of a filament and a base. The second step prepares a plurality of different lamp housings having different outer diameter dimensions. The housing includes a base member and a cover section. The third step selects at least one of the lamps and one of the housings and mounts the selected lamp or lamps on the selected housing, and an airport marker lighting system manufactured by the method is also included.
