A second apparatus (30) acquires service determination information for determining the type of the first service provided to a user being one of the plurality of persons. A first apparatus (20) determines the number of required points being the number of first points required for the first service by using the service determination information. The second apparatus (30) performs processing for providing the first service to the user. Further, the second apparatus (30) reduces the first points by the number of required points.
