The right-holder terminal stores a third key pair and the content decryption key, verifies the permission request received, and encrypts the content decryption key by using the public encryption key of the second key pair included in the permission request and transmits the permission information including the encrypted content decryption key after electronically signing the permission information with a secret encryption key of the third key pair. The permission request and the permission information are transmitted and received via a blockchain.

    Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for leaving evidence of a contract on a blockchain with a simple method while having agreements made among the involved parties, maintaining the mode of one electronic signature per transaction, and maintaining credibility. Transactions of an issuing-party terminal, an agreeing-party terminal, and an agreeing-party terminal involved in contract agreement are linked as a chain, and the agreeing-party terminal at the end generates a transaction directed to the issuing-party terminal who has issued the contract. Each of these terminals previously generates a key pair for encryption of the contract and transmits the encryption key to a terminal which is its transaction sender. Then, this sender terminal encrypts a contract to be included in a transaction of the user of the sender terminal using the encryption key of the receiver of the transaction.

In this scheme, the slider is composed of a polygonal line composed of at least one segment and a coordinate indicator that is moved along the polygonal line. Data corresponding to coordinates specified by the coordinate indicator is entered. The apparatus according to present invention stores the coordinates of vertexes of the polygonal line, stores input coordinates, maps the input coordinates onto a point on the polygonal line, and positions the coordinate indicator at the point.

    Abstract: A video caption detection scheme capable of detecting captions from the coded video data which are coded by using a combination of predictive coding and motion compensation, without requiring the decoding of coded video data into frame images. In this video caption detection scheme, whether each pixel/block in the video data is coded by using inter-frame correlation without using motion compensation or not is judged. Then, a region in the video data at which pixels/blocks that is judged as being coded by using inter-frame correlation without using motion compensation are concentrated time-wise and space-wise, is detected as a caption region. The detection can be realized by counting a frequency of appearance of a pixel/block which is judged as being coded by using inter-frame correlation without using motion compensation, at each pixel/block position of a frame over a prescribed counting period, and then comparing the counted frequency of appearance with a prescribed threshold value.
