  • Publication number: 20060043806
Abstract: A stator includes a cylindrical-shaped stator core including multiple teeth projecting in a radial direction of the stator core, multiple coils wound around each of the multiple teeth, multiple bus rings arranged at an axially end portion of the stator core and each electrically connected to each of the multiple coils, multiple wire pulled-out portions formed on both ends of the coil and pulled out towards the bus ring, and multiple connection terminal portions integrally formed on the respective bus rings in such a manner that the connection terminal portions are arranged at respective predetermined intervals in a peripheral direction of the stator core and each extending towards each wire pulled-out portion. A tip end portion of the connection terminal portion is bent so as to form a substantially U-shape for pinching the wire pulled-out portion.

  • Publication number: 20050091831
Abstract: A connecting structure includes a first member including a hole which has narrower width at an opening portion than width at a bottom portion and a projecting portion projected toward the opening portion at the bottom portion of the hole, and a second member with a longer shape than the depth of the hole of the first member wherein the second member is inserted into the hole of the first member, the second member is plastically deformed by pushing the second member into the bottom portion of the first member with pressure.

  • Publication number: 20020047430
Abstract: The present invention provides an SR motor in which magnetic pole utilization is improved by increasing an overlapping area between projecting poles. A stator 10 is provided at its outer peripheral surface with slots SR1 through SR12. Between two adjacent slots, each of poles S1 through S12 are defined. Each of coils Aa, Ab, ba, Bb, Ca, and Cb is wound along any two slots between which two other slots are placed such that the coils Aa, Ba, and Ca are in parallel to the coils Ab, Bb, and Cb, respectively. Along an inner peripheral surface of a rotor 20, a plurality of circumferentially spaced magnetically insulated pieces J1 through J8 formed of magnetic material are mounted. When each of the pieces J1 through J8 is in opposition to the two adjacent poles of the stator 10, each of the coils generates a closed-loop magnetic flux that passes through the magnetic material piece and the poles corresponding thereto, thereby producing a torque.

  • Patent number: 6024632
Abstract: A grinding method includes a grit sticking step and a grinding step. In the grit sticking step, grit particles are stuck in a first tool by contacting the first tool with a second tool which is harder than the first tool, rotating the first tool and the second tool, and feeding the grit to the contacting surface between the first tool and the second tool. In the grinding step, the workpiece is ground by contacting the first tool with the workpiece and rotating the first tool or the workpiece.

  • Patent number: 5775975
Abstract: This invention aims to provide a method of lapping a bevel gear effectively by placing a gear-shaped tool whose axis has the same relation with the axis of the bevel gear as those of hypoid gears. In a double mode, gear-shaped tools are placed whose axes lie in a position offset with respect to the axes of the first gear and the second gear and have the same relation as those of hypoid gears. The first gear is engaged with one gear-shaped tool and the second gear is engaged with the other gear-shaped tool, while lapping liquid is supplied to engaging portions, thereby lapping engaging surfaces of toothed portions of the first gear and the second gear.

  • Patent number: 5591065
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for dressing a hone of a honing wheel which is used for honing a gear to be finished. A dressing tool is brought into contact with the honing wheel under a predetermined constant contact pressure and during the reciprocal feed of the dressing tool. The amount of the contact pressure is maintained constant so as to gradually increase the in-feed of the honing wheel. This is useful in decreasing the number of transverse feeds of the dressing tool.
