The crosslinking agent (B) is at least one type selected from the group consisting of isocyanurate of hexamethylene diisocyanate (b1), allophanate of hexamethylene diisocyanate (b2), a reaction product of hexamethylene diisocyanate with trimethylolpropane (b3), and a reaction product of hexamethylene diisocyanate with glycerin (b4).
