Abstract: Accuracy of unsupervised anomalous sound detection is improved using a small number of pieces of anomalous sound data. A threshold deciding part (13) calculates an anomaly score for each of a plurality of pieces of anomalous sound data, using a normal model learned with normal sound data and an anomaly model expressing the pieces of anomalous sound data, and decides a minimum value among the anomaly scores as a threshold. A weight updating part (14) updates, using a plurality of pieces of normal sound data, the pieces of anomalous sound data and the threshold, weights of the anomaly model so that all the pieces of anomalous sound data are judged as anomalous, and probability of the pieces of normal sound data being judged as anomalous is minimized.

Abstract: In an electrodeposition system, the final quality of a coating is prevented from being degraded due to a coating material-containing aqueous solution flowing out of a steel plate mating portion during a drying process, while derivative problems such as an increase in the size of the system, an increase in the initial costs and the running costs, and a decrease in reliability are avoided. A washing zone that is subsequent to an electrodeposition zone in which an object to be coated is immersed in a coating material solution for electrodeposition so that a coating is formed on a surface of the object to be coated is provided with: a hot water washing tank in which the coated object is washed by being immersed in high-temperature washing water in the tank; and a spray washer that sprays a steel plate mating portion of the coated-object with high-temperature washing water, subsequent to washing in the hot water washing tank.
Abstract: A stage includes a sample table on which a sample is placed, a first drive mechanism moving the sample table in a first direction; a position measurement element measuring a position in the first direction that is a driving direction of the sample table. The stage also has a scale element having a scale measurement axis that is parallel to a first measurement axis in the first direction based on the position measurement element and is different from the first measurement axis in height, and measuring the position of the sample table in the first direction. A controller calculates the orientation of the sample table by using a measurement value by the position measurement element and a measurement value by the scale element and correcting the Abbe error of the sample table.

A stage device includes a chuck that is loaded with a sample, an XY stage that moves in X and Y directions, and a Z stage that moves in a Z direction. The Z stage includes: an inclined part that is fixed to the XY stage and includes an inclined surface inclined with respect to an XY plane; a movement part that moves on the inclined surface; and a table that is fixed to the movement part and is provided with the a plane parallel to the XY plane.
Abstract: An information processing device includes a first communication unit configured to communicate with a first terminal device, a second communication unit configured to communicate with a second terminal device, and a controller configured to generate an abnormality detection signal when an abnormality is detected based on vehicle information on a vehicle, and determine a position of a user based on a communication state of the first terminal device and the second terminal device possessed by the user. The controller is configured to cause the first communication unit to transmit the abnormality detection signal to the first terminal device when the controller determines that the position of the user is included in a first region, and cause the second communication unit to transmit the abnormality detection signal to the second terminal device when the controller determines that the position of the user is included in a second region.
Abstract: A resonant inverter includes: an input capacitor; an inverter; a snubber circuit; a transformer having a primary winding connected to an AC end of the inverter; a resonant coil, a resonant capacitor, and a current sensor on the secondary winding side of the transformer; and a control unit, wherein, on the basis of current detected by the current sensor, the control unit controls switching elements so as to perform zero voltage switching at the time of turning-on, at a frequency at which a load including the resonant coil and the resonant capacitor becomes capacitive, and performs power regeneration of energy stored in a snubber capacitor to a DC voltage source.
Abstract: In a multi-node storage system, a node's capacity has an upper limit, and capacities provided by nodes are smaller than a capacity of a global pool. A volume having a capacity larger than the capacity of one node is created by the node. A write error occurs when an amount of data larger than the capacity of the node is written. A storage system reduces the frequency of such a write error. A global pool is based on a plurality of local pools of a plurality of storage nodes that constitute a node group. In any of the storage nodes, a capacity relationship is maintained where a used capacity of a volume created by the storage node is equal to or less than an available capacity of a local pool of the storage node. A storage management unit manages the node group and selects the storage node.
Abstract: Edges of layers are detected from an input image to create a boundary line candidate image that represents the detected edges. A luminance value of the input image is differentiated to create a luminance value-differentiated image that represents luminance gradient of the layers. An evaluation score image is created which is obtained by weighting calculation at an optimum ratio between a boundary line position probability image and the luminance value-differentiated image. The boundary line position probability image is obtained from the boundary line candidate image and an existence probability image that represents existence of a boundary line to be extracted. A route having the highest total evaluation score is extracted as the boundary line. According to such an image processing apparatus and image processing method, boundary lines of layers can be extracted with a high degree of accuracy from a captured image of a target object composed of a plurality of layers.

Abstract: Provided is a non-contact power transmission system with which it is possible to ion a primary coil and a secondary coil more accurately. A vertical distance estimation unit estimates the vertical distance between the center of the primary coil and the secondary coil on the basis of a voltage value detected by a voltage detector. A horizontal distance estimation unit estimates the horizontal distance between the center of the primary coil and the center of the secondary coil on the basis of the verticle distance estimated by the vertical distance estimation unit, the voltage value detected by the voltage detector, and the voltage value-distance information stored on the memory.
Abstract: In arc welding, determining a current value to be high in an early stage of the arc period is effective in reducing spatters caused by feeble short circuit in the arc period. In that case, to sharply decrease the voltage that has increased with increase in current, an inductance value of a reactor has to be kept small. However, a small inductance value causes a problem—weakness against disturbance. The present invention provides an arc welding control method that performs arc welding while repeating the short-circuit period and the arc period. According to the method, changing an inductance value relating to welding output in the arc period offers stable arc welding with fewer spatters and insusceptibility to disturbance.
Abstract: In an ignition plug, since a ground electrode is formed in a thin-rod-shape or a mesh-like shape, sufficiently strong radicals are locally generated by a barrier discharge, an anti-inflammation effect by the electrode is small, and the growth of a flame is hardly hindered. Furthermore, by making the thickness dimension of a second dielectric facing a discharge region uniform, the barrier discharge is spread over the surface of the second dielectric, the generation of the radicals is maintained, and combustibility after ignition is promoted. Furthermore, because an end portion of a high voltage electrode and a ground electrode are disposed to face each other within a combustion chamber, a fuel gas introduced into the combustion chamber is liable to flow into the discharge region, and is easily ignited by the radicals generated due to the discharge.

Abstract: Provided is a stage apparatus that reduces thermal deformation and temperature rise in an upper table on which a sample is mounted and a charged particle beam apparatus including the stage apparatus. The stage apparatus includes: an upper stage that moves an upper table on which a sample is mounted in a first direction; a middle stage that moves a middle table on which the upper stage is mounted in a second direction orthogonal to the first direction; and a lower stage that moves a lower table on which the middle stage is mounted in a third direction orthogonal to the first direction and the second direction. The upper table and the middle table use a material having a smaller thermal expansion coefficient than in a material of the lower table, and the lower table uses a material having higher thermal conductivity than in the material of the upper table and the middle table.

The combustion promoter generation device generates a combustion promoter through the power supplied from the power supply device to supply the combustion promoter to a combustion chamber of the internal combustion engine, and a generation amount of the combustion promoter increases as the supplied power increases. In this manner, the generation amount of the combustion promoter is adjusted.
