  • Publication number: 20170028755
Abstract: A controller drives a conveyer to start to convey a sheet of continuous paper and accelerates the sheet to a printing conveyance speed, and drives an inkjet head to start to perform a printing while driving the conveyer to convey the sheet at the printing conveyance speed. The controller drives a tension adjuster to adjust a tension of the sheet such that the tension of the sheet during acceleration after start of conveyance of the sheet is smaller than the tension of the sheet during the printing, and drives the head gap adjuster to adjust a head gap between the inkjet head and the sheet such that a first head gap during the acceleration of the sheet is greater than a second head gap during the printing.

  • Patent number: 9340031
Abstract: A controller, upon a pressure of one tank of a positive pressure tank and a negative pressure tank reaching a setting pressure of the one tank prior to a pressure of the other tank reaching a setting pressure of the other tank after driving an air pump, sets an air opening valve opening time at each unit time according to a difference between the pressure of the one tank and the pressure of the other tank, and repeatedly drives one of a positive-pressure-side air opening valve and a negative-pressure-side air opening valve corresponding to the one tank to switch to and hold an air open state of the one tank for the set air opening valve opening time within the unit time, until the pressure of the other tank reaches the setting pressure of the other tank.

  • Patent number: 9327514
Abstract: A common air chamber is connected to an air layer of a pressurizing tank and to an air layer of a negative-pressure tank. A pressurizing-side communication valve opens/closes an air channel in an air conduit between the pressurizing tank and the common air chamber. A negative-pressure side communication valve opens/closes an air channel in an air conduit between the negative-pressure tank and the common air chamber. A negative-pressure tank atmospheric air opening valve switches the negative-pressure tank between a state shut off from the atmospheric air and a state open thereto. The pressurizing-side communication valve and the negative-pressure tank atmospheric air opening valve are of a normally-open type closed when electrified and open when not. The negative-pressure side communication valve is of a normally-closed type open when electrified and closed when not. While not electrified, a nozzle pressure of an inkjet head becomes a meniscus breakage pressure or less.

  • Patent number: 9302980
Abstract: The problem to be solved by the present invention is to easily and efficiently produce an amino acid having 2 to 7 carbon atoms as a high-purity solid without complicated operation, which is useful as a synthetic intermediate for medicines or agrochemicals. The present invention is characterized in comprising a step of precipitating solid amino acid with high purity. In the present invention, the by-produced salt composed of the sulfonic acid and the amine was removed to the mother liquor by reacting an amine with a sulfonic acid salt of amino acid in an aprotic polar solvent, or by reacting a sulfonic acid with an amine salt of amino acid in an aprotic polar solvent. The sulfonic acid salt of amino acid, for example, may be produced by reacting a N-(tert-butoxycarbonyl) amino acid with a sulfonic acid, or by reacting an amino acid tert-butyl ester with a sulfonic acid.

  • Publication number: 20150315145
Abstract: A problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a process for producing an optically active bicyclic urea compound useful as an intermediate for ?-lactamase inhibitor, in a simple and easy manner with high efficiency. The present invention includes reacting a specific ester compound with a specific amine in the presence of a metal alkoxide and/or an alkaline earth metal salt to produce the corresponding amide compound, which is then reacted with phosgene or a phosgene equivalent, followed by, if necessary, treatment with an acid or a base, to produce an optically active bicyclic urea compound. This makes it possible to produce an optically active bicyclic urea compound in a simple and easy manner with high efficiency and in high optical purity, without using expensive reagents such as catalysts and condensation agents, and without passing through protection and deprotection steps.
