Patent number: 9130937Abstract: In certain embodiments, a method includes receiving a message at a first network interface of a first node. The first network interface communicates with a first network while a second network interface communicates with a second network. The method includes determining a set of expected tokens and an expected order of tokens. A plurality of tokens are accessed that were generated for the message, each of the plurality of tokens associated with a policy service of a plurality of policy services. The method includes generating a plurality of decrypted tokens from the plurality of tokens using a first parameter associated with the plurality of policy services and validating the decrypted tokens by comparing the decrypted tokens to the set of expected tokens. In response to validating the decrypted tokens and determining that the decrypted tokens are in the expected order, an approval is generated.Type: GrantFiled: March 7, 2011Date of Patent: September 8, 2015Assignee: Raytheon CompanyInventors: Jason E. Patent number: 8255427Abstract: According to one embodiment, a computer-readable medium has computer-executable instructions that, when executed by a computer, are configured to receive an input schema. The input schema specifies how to represent one or more elements in a document. One or more rules are received. The input schema is analyzed for conformance to the one or more rules. If the input schema does not conform to the one or more rules, a modified schema is generated based on the input schema. The modified schema specifies how to represent the one or more elements in the documents in conformance with the one or more rules.Type: GrantFiled: August 18, 2009Date of Patent: August 28, 2012Assignee: Raytheon CompanyInventor: Alan T. Huch

Patent number: 6798880Abstract: For use with analog telecommunications equipment that responds to in-band stimuli, a system for, and method of suppressing an in-band stimulus and a telecommunications infrastructure employing the system or the method. In one embodiment, the system includes: (1) a stimulus detector, associated with the analog telecommunications equipment, that detects a presence of the in-band stimulus and (2) a stimulus suppressor, coupled to the stimulus detector, that alters the in-band stimulus to cause the analog telecommunications equipment to disregard the in-band stimulus.Type: GrantFiled: March 4, 1999Date of Patent: September 28, 2004Assignee: Avaya Technology Corp.Inventors: Jeffrey D. Patent number: 6411684Abstract: A communications system (10) is provided which comprises a plurality of network hubs (12), (14), and (16). Network hubs (12), (14), and (16) are interconnected through a communications network (18). The system (10) interconnects messaging systems (24), (26), (28), (30), (32), (34), (36), (40), (42) and (44) having disparate capabilities and using disparate communications protocols. The network hubs use numbers of connection processors (52) and (54) to interact with the messaging systems. A hub database (68) and message store (58) are used to store control information and messaging information within the network hubs. A network processor (60) is used to interact with other hubs within the communications system (10). A message router (72), connection manager (74), data replicator (76), and an administrative event manager (78) are used to control the operations of-the hub in processing a message.Type: GrantFiled: April 7, 1998Date of Patent: June 25, 2002Assignee: Avaya Technology Corp.Inventors: Robert S.
