  • Patent number: 11235105
Abstract: The auto-injector consists of a front unit connected to a rear unit, wherein the front unit contains a syringe holder with a syringe coaxially sliding between injecting and secure positions within an activating element preloaded via an ejection spring to secure a trigger button through a stopper located in the rear unit. The rear unit contains a syringe pusher with a plunger managed via a controller coaxially moved by an injection spring to the front unit upon activating the trigger for injecting medication. After the injection, the activating elements revert to allow the controller to release the syringe which moves into to secure position with the syringe holder and the plunger by the ejection spring. When the syringe enters a safe position, the controller moves by the injection spring between the activating element and the syringe holder to prevent the syringe from sliding toward the injection side.

  • Patent number: 8779306
Abstract: A weight sensing apparatus for a lifting device is disclosed that comprises at least one lifting chain attached to a load-engaging device at a first end and a frame at a second end, the load-engaging device being movable with respect to the frame when a lifting force is applied via the at least one lifting chain, at least one force translating arm fixedly attached to a sensor shaft at a first end and rotatably attached to the at least one lifting chain at a second end, the second end of the at least one force translating arm being attached to the at least one lifting chain between the first and second ends of the at least one lifting chain, and a torque sensor mounted on the sensor shaft that is configured to measure torque applied to the sensor bar by the at least one force translating arm when the lifting force is applied to the at least one force translating arm by the at least one lifting chain.

  • Patent number: 8123112
Abstract: A self-locking security mechanism for coin-operated machines. This mechanism consists of two units. The first unit mounts inside a coin-operated machine in alignment with the coin chute for receiving coins passing through the first unit. A second unit has a flexible bag secured thereon into which the coins are stored after passing through the second unit. This second unit also includes a door, which slides to an open condition by two teeth from the first unit when the second unit is connected by sliding into the first unit. The door is pushing the pivoting arm, which passes the snap stops and stays in preset condition. A pivoting arm is attached to the pivoting stopper with a spring between them. When the second unit is removed from the first unit, the door slides to a closed condition and releases the stopper. The spring lifts the stopper and blocks the door from sliding to an open condition. Only an authorized person can unlock the locked coin receptacle.
