  • Publication number: 20210129845
Abstract: A computing system can receive sensor log data from one or more first autonomous vehicles (AVs) operating along one or more routes. The system can analyze the sensor log data to identify a road anomaly along the one or more routes, and generate an updated localization map comprising a label that indicates the road anomaly. The system may then transmit the updated localization map to one or more second AVs to enable the one or more second AVs to respond to the road anomaly.

  • Patent number: 10967862
Abstract: A computing system can receive sensor log data from one or more first autonomous vehicles (AVs) operating throughout a transport service region, and analyze the sensor log data against a set of road anomaly signatures. Based on analyzing the sensor log data against the set of road anomaly signatures, the computing system may identify road anomalies within the transport service region, and generate a resolution response for each road anomaly. The computing system can then transmit the resolution response to one or more second AVs to cause the one or more second AVs to respond to the road anomaly.

    Assignee: UATC, LLC
    Inventor: Alyson Bonk
  • Patent number: 10606271
Abstract: A cooperative system of vehicles is disclosed, each of a first vehicle and a second vehicle having a magnetometer, a filter, a database, a conductive loop, and an AC output generator. The magnetometer is attached to measure a surrounding magnetic field, and the filter to isolate a sensed signal. The AC output generator is connected to the conductive loop to generate a magnetic field.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: March 31, 2020
    Assignee: The Boeing Company
    Inventors: Brian Tillotson, Alyson Bonk
