    Abstract: This disclosure provides methods, devices and systems for harvesting radio frequency (RF) energy based on an energy harvesting EH indication signal. A transmitting device such as a base station may transmit, to a user equipment (UE), an EH indication signal that indicates a time period when radio frequency (RF) energy is to be available. The UE may receive the EH indication signal and harvest RF energy from the RF signal during the time period. The transmitting device may transmit an RF signal to the UE or another UE during the time period. The UE may receive a wake up indication indicating a second time period to monitor a control channel. The UE may split power between energy harvesting and receiving RF signals during the second time period.

    Abstract: Disclosed are a phosphinothricin dehydrogenase mutant, a recombinant bacterium and a one-pot multi-enzyme synchronous directed evolution method. The phosphinothricin dehydrogenase mutant, with an amino acid sequence as shown in SEQ ID No.1, is obtained by mutating alanine at position 164 to glycine, arginine at position 205 to lysine, and threonine at position 332 to alanine in a phosphinothricin dehydrogenase derived from Pseudomonas fluorescens. The recombinant bacterium is obtained by introducing a gene encoding the phosphinothricin dehydrogenase mutant into a host cell. The host cell can also incorporate a gene encoding a glucose dehydrogenase or a gene encoding a formate dehydrogenase to undergo synchronous directed evolution to achieve double gene overexpression. The one-pot multi-enzyme synchronous directed evolution method of the present invention can screen recombinant bacteria with greatly improved activity.

The potential impacts may comprise at least one of transmit-blanking (Tx-blanking) and receive-blanking (Rx-blanking) associated with one or more of the subset of RATs. A communication that indicates the potential impacts of SRS-switching may be encoded for transmission to a base station. The base station may also provide priority configurations for determining how to handle Tx-blanking, Rx-blanking, and SRS-skipping associated with SRS-switching.

A center of a laser beam is allowed to pass through a rifling-type hollow rotating electrode and focus onto a cathode substrate. When the rifling-type hollow rotating electrode is rotated at a constant speed, an electrodeposition solution rotates in the rifling-type hollow rotating electrode and generates a certain centripetal force to improve the precision and localization of deposition. During the process of the present invention, an internal rifling structure of the electrode is rotated at a high speed so that the deposition solution generates a centripetal force. The internal rifling structure and an external helical structure of the rifling-type hollow rotating electrode make the deposition solution move upward to form a “self-circulation” system.
