    Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a UE access method, including: a UE receiving information of supported type(s) of respective cell of a base station broadcasted by the respective cell, wherein the information of the supported type(s) of the respective cell comprises UE type(s) supported by the respective cell; and the UE comparing the type of the UE and the UE type(s) supported by the respective cell, and selecting a cell supporting the type of the UE and transmit an RRC connection setup request message to the selected cell, wherein the RRC connection setup request comprises the type of the UE. The present disclosure further provides several other UE access methods and devices. According to the present disclosure, the method and device which can select different access network of different types for different types of users, the user requirement is met and the network utilization ratio is increased.

    Abstract: A charging gun having excellent heat conduction and dissipation performance, comprising a gun body, terminals, insulated sleeves, and a metal heat dissipation member; rear end portions of the terminals pass through the sleeves, the metal heat dissipation member is opened with mounting holes for inserting and fixing the sleeves, and the metal heat dissipation member is fixed to the gun body. The present solution prevents short circuiting by using metal heat dissipation member as a body for fixing the terminals and by using insulated sleeves to separate metal heat dissipation member from the terminals. Large ceramic members that conventionally fix terminals are removed, thus preventing the difficulty wherein a ceramic member having a large volume tends to break when a hole is opened thereon. Processes for processing the sleeves and opening the mounting holes on the metal heat dissipation member are all convenient, having a low level of machining difficulty.

    Abstract: To manage dynamic adjustment of the refresh rate of a computer display, the operating system defines at least two playback modes: one or more custom modes that can be selected by applications, and a standard mode which is a default setting for the system that can be expected by applications. The operating system provides an application programming interface that enables an application to request using a custom mode. If approved to use the custom mode, then the application presents frames for display based on the custom mode. The operating system stores timing data for each buffered frame indicating how to play the frame in both standard mode and the custom mode. If a transition back to the standard mode occurs, the operating system uses the timing data to properly present frames of video until the application stops generating frames of video in the custom mode.

A magnetoresistive tunnel junction is disposed on a spin-orbit coupling layer, and thermal annealing is performed after dopant ions are injected from a side of the magnetoresistive tunnel junction. The concentration of dopant ions in the magnetoresistive tunnel junction has a gradient variation along the direction that is perpendicular to the direction of the current and within the plane in which the spin-orbit coupling layer is located. Symmetry along the direction perpendicular to the direction of the current is broken. In a case a current flows into the spin-orbit coupling layer, resistance are outputted in multiple states in linearity with the current. The multi-state storage is achieved. It can meet a requirement on hardware of neural network synapses, and is applicable to calculation in a neural network.
