    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for modifying deep learning models (such as neural networks) to run more efficiently in computing environments with limited floating point computation resources. A deep learning model is trained using a set of training data. Input and output values are then recorded from the layers of the trained model when supplied with the training data, which are then used to generate deep forest decision tree models corresponding to individual layers of the trained model. Experimental versions of the trained model are then generated with different layers of the trained model replaced with their corresponding deep forest decision tree models. These experimental versions are then ranked according to the accuracy of their results compared to the results of the trained model. An updated trained model is then generated with one or more layers replaced with their corresponding deep forest decision tree models.

A feature mask associated with the image is generated via a machine learning model that is trained to identify and semantically label pixels representing the environment depicted in the image. One or more reference tiles associated with the environment are retrieved. The reference tiles are associated with particular geographic locations and specify semantically labeled pixels representing the geographic locations. The semantically labeled pixels of the feature mask are correlated with the semantically labeled pixels of at least one of the one or more reference tiles to determine the geographic location of the UAV in the environment.

    Abstract: A double-layer coiled tubing double-gradient drilling system, on the basis of conventional drilling equipment, includes a double-layer coiled tubing system, separating fluid, a downhole lifting pump system, throttling control systems and a data monitoring system. Power fluid enters an annular space of the tubing through an adapter, passes through a downhole lifting pump, enters an inner pipe through a bridge channel, and enters the bottom hole through the drill bit. Return fluid enters an annular channel of the tubing through a recovery hole, then enters the inner pipe through the bridge channel and enters the lifting pump, and then enters a solid control system through the adapter and the control systems in sequence. Gradient control of the bottom hole pressure is realized through monitoring of the separating fluid and control of the drilling pump unit and throttling control systems. The problem of narrow safe drilling density window is solved.
