    Abstract: The present invention relates to a liposomal liquid pharmaceutical composition comprising ibuprofen, at least one phospholipid, at least one C2-C6 alkanol and water, characterized in that the liposomes comprise, in addition to at least part of the phospholipid and at least part of the ibuprofen, at least one bile acid salt and to a method for preparing it. The invention also relates to the use of the composition for obtaining a medicinal product for the local relief of pain and inflammation and to a spray for the cutaneous application of the composition.
