    Abstract: A processing system includes a processing unit that processes the flexographic printing plate with a processing liquid. The processing unit includes a hollow tube having a length extending across a cross-track dimension of the flexographic printing plate. A processing liquid supply system supplies pressurized processing liquid into an interior of the hollow tube. A plurality of pressure-compensating emitters is distributed along the length of the tube which deliver processing liquid onto a surface of the flexographic printing plate, wherein processing liquid flows from the interior of the hollow tube through the pressure-compensating emitters at a controlled flow rate.

    Abstract: An optoelectronic transceiver comprises an active linear TOSA circuit mounted on a header. The active linear TOSA circuit includes input nodes for receiving a differential signal pair, a first bipolar transistor, a second bipolar transistor and an electro-optical transducer. A base terminal of the first bipolar transistor is coupled to the two input nodes and an emitter terminal of the first bipolar transistor is coupled to a base terminal of the second bipolar transistor. A collector terminal of the first bipolar transistor is coupled to a first terminal of the electro-optical transducer, the first terminal of the electro-optical transducer also being configured to be coupled to a voltage source. A collector terminal of the second bipolar transistor is coupled to a second terminal of the electro-optical transducer and an emitter terminal of the second bipolar transistor is coupled to a signal ground which is not the header ground.

    Abstract: A Cable Television (CATV) digital return link system that provides dedicated, high-speed, full-duplex and point-to-point connections between users and the head end system is disclosed. The CATV digital return link system includes return path transmitters, intermediate hubs and a head end hub coupled to each other via a network of fiber optic cables. The return path transmitters are each coupled to a relatively large number of users via a local CATV-subtree. Signals from cable modems are transmitted via the local CATV-subtree to the return path transmitters for transmission to the head end. The return path transmitters include circuitry for digitally processing the RF data from the subtree prior to transmitting the RF data to the head end.
