Abstract: Provided is the use of a silane composite emulsion as an anti-cracking enhancer in a cement-based material. In the present disclosure, active groups on an isobutyltriethoxysilane molecule react with hydroxyl groups on a surface of a mortar to form a layered hydrophobic structure, slowing down a water loss inside the mortar of a cement-based material. The dehydration of butyl acrylate forms a network structure, which fills pores of the cement-based material, inhibits shrinkage of the cement-based material, and reduces the cracking caused by the shrinkage. Tetraethoxysilane can undergo hydrolysis at a room temperature to generate nano-silica with a large number of hydroxyl groups on a surface; and the nano-silica can undergo secondary hydration with calcium hydroxide in the cement to form a secondary hydration product C—S—H gel, thereby filling most of voids to make a structure of the cement hydration product denser, to increase a strength of the mortar.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method of inhibiting proliferation of a cell, inhibiting m3C formation in a cell, inhibiting activity of Mettl8 in a cell, or activating ATM and p53 in a cell, the method comprising contacting the cell with a Mettl8 inhibitor. The disclosure also provides a composition comprising a cell with a reduced expression or activity of Mettl8. In another aspect, the disclosure provides methods of rendering a tumor cell sensitive to a cancer therapy.

A service coordinator in the first data center is notified about the master switch. The service coordinator notifies each instance of the first service that the first service is not a master. Each instance responds with an acknowledgement. After it is confirmed that all instances of the first service have responded with an acknowledgement, a client coordinator in the first and/or second data center is updated to indicate that the second service is the master so that clients may send requests to the second service. Also, a service coordinator in the second data center is notified that the second service is the master. The service coordinator notifies each instance of the second service that the second service is the master. Each instance responds with an acknowledgement.

The disclosure relates to a field of information synchronization control. The method for resource synchronization control includes: inquiring, by a first terminal, from a server whether an address of the first terminal in a first terminal list is in a cleared state, the first terminal list has recorded an address of the first terminal; acquiring, by the first terminal, a resource file from a second terminal, if the address of the first terminal is in the cleared state; and notifying, by the first terminal, the server to cancel the cleared state of the address of the first terminal in the first terminal list, after acquiring the resource file.

Abstract: It is described a method and device for presenting release information. The method includes that: a total exposure of release information on a day is acquired in real time; and a current ratio for presenting release information is calculated according to the total exposure of release information on the day, and release information is presented according to the current ratio for presenting release information. With a technical solution as described, it is possible to distribute exposure of the release information reasonably according to a ratio for presenting adjusted in real time, allowing uniform and reasonable presenting of the release information.
