Patent number: 11700594Abstract: A method, an apparatus, a system, and a computer program product for resource isolation in wireless communication systems. A communication network in a plurality of communication networks of a wireless communications system is identified. Each communication network in the plurality of communication networks has one or more communication components logically isolated from one or more communication components of another communication network in the plurality of communication networks. The identified communication network is selected for transmission of data associated with a user device. Data associated with the user device is transmitted using the identified communication network.Type: GrantFiled: February 20, 2020Date of Patent: July 11, 2023Assignee: AltioStar Networks, Inc.Inventors: Anil Kumar Bhandari, Sridhar Bhaskaran

Publication number: 20220330264Abstract: A method, an apparatus and a computer program for providing end-to-end slicing in wireless communications systems. Profiles of a plurality of network slices of a wireless communications system are determined. Each network slice in the plurality of network slices has one or more communication components logically isolated from one or more communication components of another network slice in the plurality of network slices. Based on the determined profiles and a request received from the user device, a network slice in the plurality of network slices is selected for transmission of data associated with the user device. Using the selected network slice, data associated with the user device is transmitted.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 27, 2022Publication date: October 13, 2022Inventors: Sridhar Bhaskaran, Anil Kumar Bhandari

Patent number: 9980156Abstract: A device, a method, a system, and a computer program product for transmitting data packets are disclosed. A communication link between a first device and a second device is established in accordance with a transmission control protocol for transmission of a data packet between the first device and the second device. The communication link is monitored during transmission of the data packet from the second device to the first device. Based on the monitoring, at least one correction of the communication link is performed during transmission of an acknowledgement of a receipt of the data packet by the first device to the second device.Type: GrantFiled: July 17, 2015Date of Patent: May 22, 2018Assignee: ALTIOSTAR NETWORKS, INC.Inventors: Si Nguyen, Anil Kumar Bhandari

Patent number: 7593396Abstract: A system and method are provided for reviewing and updating a subscriber's telecommunications services using a graphical user interface via multiple data networks. A data message is received at an intelligent peripheral from the graphical user interface via at least one of the data networks. The data message indicates a subscriber's desired update to a selected service. The data message is converted into a protocol compatible with a service control point. The converted data message is identical to a data message that the intelligent peripheral would create if the subscriber had entered the desired update via an interactive voice response system. The converted data message is transmitted to the service control point, which updates the service in accordance with the subscriber's update. Thus, the service is updated substantially contemporaneously with the request. Moreover, the subscriber retains the ability to update and review service data via the interactive voice response.Type: GrantFiled: February 24, 2005Date of Patent: September 22, 2009Assignee: AT&T Labs, Inc.Inventors: Anil Kumar Bhandari, Xiaolian Bi, Jeffrey Lewis Brandt, Christine Mary Hartman, Alexander Lisheng Huang, Jeffrey Paul Johnson, James Thomas Miller, Stephen Mark Mueller, Jeffrey L. Patent number: 6891940Abstract: A system and method are provided for reviewing and updating a subscriber's telecommunications services, including a Caller ID service, using a graphical user interface via multiple data networks. The method includes presenting service data to the subscriber via the data networks and transmitting a data message from the subscriber to an intelligent peripheral via at least one of the data networks. The data message indicates a subscriber's desired update to a selected telecommunications service. The method also includes converting the data message into a protocol compatible with an integrated service control point. The converted data message is identical to a data message that the intelligent peripheral would create if the subscriber had entered the desired update via an interactive voice response system.Type: GrantFiled: July 19, 2000Date of Patent: May 10, 2005Assignee: SBC Technology Resources, Inc.Inventors: Anil Kumar Bhandari, Xiaolian Bi, Jeffrey Lewis Brandt, Alexander Lisheng Huang, Jeffrey Paul Johnson, James Thomas Miller, Stephen Mark Mueller, Jeffrey L.
