Abstract: Adhesive compositions comprising one or more silicone/acrylate copolymers are described. Also described are various healthcare adhesive articles in sheet form which include a carrier sheet, a release coating applied to the carrier sheet, one or more regions of pressure sensitive adhesive adjacent the release coating, a flow control layer for promoting distribution of one or more adhesive debonding agents, and a substrate or facestock sheet removably disposed on the carrier sheet. The adhesive layer includes a pressure sensitive adhesive having a minority proportion of a silicone containing agent blended with one or more acrylic polymers. After application to a surface of interest, the adhesive strips can be easily removed by application of a debonding agent.

Abstract: A healthcare form assembly is described which includes a carrier sheet, a release coating applied to the carrier sheet, one or more regions of pressure sensitive adhesive adjacent the release coating, and a printable facestock sheet in contact with the adhesive and being removably disposed on the carrier sheet. The printable facestock sheet includes a collection of cut lines to thereby form adhesive strips which can be readily removed from the carrier sheet. The carrier sheet includes one or more weakened separation lines that facilitate use of the healthcare assembly and in particular, removal of the adhesive strips. Particular features such as peel zones and fingerlifts are also described.

The face sheet can have a top surface, and the top surface of the face sheet can have a finish suitable for substantially permanent reception of printed indicia thereon. Also, the face sheet can include at least one cut formed therein that defines at least one identification item. Abstract: A multi-layer construct is provided for simultaneously displaying old and new product information. The construct includes a liner that has removable and permanent portions. A removable adhesive is an ultraviolet-resistant adhesive that is applied to a front surface of the first portion of the liner and a permanent adhesive is applied to a front surface of the second portion of the liner. A transparent film is secured to the removable adhesive and a printable label is secured to the permanent adhesive. The first portion of the liner can be separated from remainder of the construct so that the transparent film can be applied removably over the old product information. The new product information can be printed on the printable label.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a pattern coated pressure sensitive label assembly for use in preserving patient privacy in medical treatment bag applications. The label assembly utilizes specific zones and areas to create removable sections that will permit areas containing patient information to be separated from the remainder of the label which remains with the treatment bag during disposal.
