    Abstract: The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical product or daily dose comprising an anti-androgen, an oestrogen receptor &bgr; (ER&bgr;) selective agonist and optionally a chemical castration agent. The invention also relates to a method of therapeutically treating and/or preventing an androgen-stimulated disease (eg, prostate cancer or benign prostate hypertrophy) in a patient. Furthermore, the invention relates to the use of an anti-androgen, an ER&bgr; selective agonist and optionally a chemical castration agent in the manufacture of a pharmaceutical product for this purpose.
