  • Patent number: 11218430
Abstract: A method and apparatus for configuring a plurality of graphical user interfaces to display conversations including a message queue, and re-configuring the plurality of graphical user interfaces to display a first visual indication for a first group of conversations in response to a timer determining that a pre-determined time period has elapsed from the previous timestamp for the first group of conversations. Messages are received and associated with a timestamp, which may update the timestamp of a conversation. These messages are added to a conversation in the message queue and may be prioritized along with the other conversations. Further visual indications may be added to the plurality of graphical user interfaces based on actions of operator accounts.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: May 5, 2020

  • Publication number: 20200195590
Abstract: A method and apparatus receive inputs corresponding to one or more trigger parameters at a graphical user interface. The one or more trigger parameters are then utilized to generate an event processor. The event processor then subscribes to a message receive channel, selects messages to provide an autoreply message based on the one or more trigger parameters, selects the autoreply message for the messages, and publishes the autoreply message. Each of the messages selected by the event processor and the autoreply message published are displayed on the graphical user interface.

  • Patent number: 8463304
Abstract: A computer readable storage medium includes executable instructions, which when executed by a computer, cause the computer to designate a selected thread identification value from a collection of thread identification values based upon recognition criteria. The selected thread identification value is utilized during bidirectional text messaging between a first user and a second user.
