  • Patent number: 10834145
Abstract: A method, computer program product, and computer system for monitoring, at a computing device, at least a portion of a collaboration session provided by one or more participants of the collaboration session. At least the portion of the collaboration session is analyzed to determine a recommendation associated with at least the portion of the collaboration session. A source for information associated with the recommendation is searched based upon, at least in part, analyzing at least the portion of the collaboration session. At least one participant of the one or more participants is presented the recommendation and the information associated with the recommendation.

  • Patent number: 10331751
Abstract: A mechanism is provided in a data processing system for content delivery. The mechanism identifies a candidate user of a social networking service. The candidate user has an associated profile including at least one concept of interest. The mechanism determines a probability that the candidate user is interested in an item of content based on a semantic similarity of the at least one concept of interest and at least one concept tag associated with the item of content using a weighted semantic graph. Responsive to the probability exceeding a probability threshold, the mechanism delivers the item of content to the candidate user. Responsive to receiving feedback comprising at least one action taken by the candidate user with respect to the item of content, the mechanism adjusts weights in the weighted semantic graph.

  • Patent number: 9659089
Abstract: A method, system and computer program product for managing work and personal items. Information is received from a user to populate a user profile providing rules to determine a priority for work and personal items to be addressed by the user. Work and personal data sources (e.g., e-mails, social media) are monitored. The content in these monitored data sources are scanned and analyzed for work and personal items to be addressed by the user. These work and personal items are then presented to the user in a prioritized order based on the rules in the user profile. In this manner, the user is able to effectively manage the various work and personal items from various data sources by receiving a prioritized list of work and personal items that need to be addressed based on various factors that the user deems to be important as provided in the user's profile.

  • Patent number: 8898731
Abstract: A method for associating service policies based on application of message content filters to messages sent by a consumer may include receiving a message in which the message relates to a service accessible via a network and access to the service is restricted by a policy enforcement runtime. The method may further include applying at least one message content filter to the message content received to extract information indicative of a message flow associated with a configured policy attachment and correlating the message flow to a selected policy regarding consumer access to the service. The method may further include enforcing the selected policy relative to access to the service by the consumer.
