  • Publication number: 20230126835
Abstract: An antimicrobial sheet may have a copper film formed on at least one side of a resin or polymer film. The copper film contains one or more copper oxides and a non-oxide copper. The content of the non-oxide copper in the copper film is less than the content of the copper that forms the copper oxide(s) and is 0.04 g/m2 or less.

  • Publication number: 20220033957
Abstract: An antimicrobial sheet (1) includes 100-200 mg/m2 of copper particles (3) adhered to a surface of a resin (polymer) film (2). The antimicrobial sheet has a total light transmittance at wavelengths of 380-780 nm of 20% or more. The copper particles have an average circle-equivalent diameter in the range of 10-30 nm. The antimicrobial sheet can be prepared by performing vacuum deposition to form the copper particles on the resin film under the condition that the pressure is controlled to within the range of 1×10?4-1×10?2 Pa during the vacuum deposition.

  • Patent number: 10418636
Abstract: A current-collector metal foil has at least at least one roughened surface and numerous recessed parts are present on the roughened surface. Each recessed part has an edge part that surrounds a bottom-surface part and is raised above the bottom-surface part. The average Feret diameter Lave of the recessed parts is 0.5-50 ?m. The current-collector metal foil is suitable for use, e.g., as an electrode current collector for a lithium-ion secondary battery, a sodium secondary battery, an electric double-layer capacitor, or a lithium-ion capacitor.
    Type: Grant
