  • Patent number: 10842458
Abstract: An image processing apparatus 3 is provided with a hardware processor that acquires first image data and second image data which is different from the first image data from among a plurality of pieces of image data, detects a width in a direction orthogonal to a direction in which a first image based on the acquired first image data and a second image based on the second image data are arranged side by side, corrects, when the detected width of the first image is different from the width of the second image, at least one piece of image data of the first image data and the second image data so that the widths of both pieces of image data come closer to each other, and combines a plurality of pieces of image data including the corrected image data to thereby generate one piece of lengthy image data.

  • Patent number: 10568594
Abstract: A cassette holder capable of being loaded with a radiation image capturing apparatus including a housing, a two-dimensional array of radiation detecting elements accommodated in the housing, and a connection port is shown. The cassette holder includes the following. Retention tabs hold the radiation image capturing apparatus. A connector is connectable to the connection port. The connector is magnetically fixed to the connection port. When the radiation image capturing apparatus is drawn to be detached from the cassette holder, the connector is movable with movement of the connection port. The movement of the connector moved with the connection port is regulated such that a shift distance of one end of the connector is smaller than a shift distance of the other end, and thereby the one end of the connector is detached from the connection port earlier than the other end.

  • Publication number: 20060140601
Abstract: There is provided an imaging apparatus having a lens barrier in which a gap does not arise between the lens barrier and a casing when the lens barrier is closed, and yet a driving source exclusively for the lens barrier is not required. The imaging apparatus has casings 1, 2 having a lens opening 5 provided therein, a lens barrel unit 4 that is swingably supported inside the casings 1, 2 and faces out onto a photographic subject from the lens opening 5, swinging means 101, 10b for swinging the lens barrel unit 4 so as to control the attitude of the lens barrel unit 4, and a lens barrier 7 that is movably supported on the casing 1, 2 and can be moved so as to close or open up the lens opening 5. The lens barrel unit 4 has a linking member 11 that drives the lens barrier 7. The linking member 11 is isolated from the lens barrier 7 at least when the swinging means 10a, 10b are changing the attitude of the lens barrel unit 4.

  • Publication number: 20060140448
Abstract: The present invention provides a portable image capturing apparatus having also a navigation function while preventing increase in the size and manufacturing cost of the apparatus. As a part for displaying a guide screen of a navigation system, a rear LCD capable of displaying a high-definition image of an image capturing apparatus which can be carried by a user is used. In other words, a part in which a display of a car navigation system is formed can be separated from the car navigation system and used as a digital camera. Therefore, only by connecting the image capturing apparatus to a car navigation system body in a data transmittable/receivable manner without providing most of functions necessary for car navigation for the image capturing apparatus, the car navigation system is formed.

  • Publication number: 20050140793
Abstract: A camera body to which one of a plurality of interchangeable lenses is selectively attached is provided with: a shake detector 31; a shake compensation mechanism 32; and a controller 30 that compensates for the camera shake by driving the shake compensation mechanism based on the output from the shake detector. The controller 30 has a detector and a selector. The detector communicates with the attached interchangeable lens 20 and determines whether the interchangeable lens 20 itself has a shake compensation mechanism or not. The selector selects, when the detector determines that the interchangeable lens 20 has a shake compensation mechanism, both or one of the shake compensation mechanism of the camera body 10 and the shake compensation mechanism of the interchangeable lens 20 according to a predetermined condition as a compensation mechanism to be used for camera shake compensation.

  • Publication number: 20050134727
Abstract: A camera having a box-form cover member slidable on a camera body between a closed position and an opened position. The camera further has a heat releasing member that releases heat generated within the camera body, into a space formed between the camera body and the cover member.
