  • Patent number: 4742767
Abstract: A coffee maker has a heater plate integrally formed with a base plate. The upper container is mounted on the lower container for a fluid communication therebetween. The lower and upper containers may be moved by a supporting member from a first position where the lower container is heated by the heater plate to a second position where the lower container is allowed to cool when the water in the lower container passes to the upper container.
