Patent number: 11919051Abstract: A processing solution containing solvent and solute is supplied onto a substrate (9). The processing solution transforms into a particle retention layer as a result of at least part of the solvent being volatilized from the processing solution and causing the processing solution to solidify or harden. The particle retention layer is removed from the substrate (9) by supplying a removal liquid onto the substrate (9). A solute component contained in the particle retention layer is insoluble or poorly soluble in the removal liquid, whereas the solvent is soluble. The solute component contained in the particle retention layer has the property of being altered to become soluble in the removal liquid when heated to a temperature higher than or equal to an alteration temperature. The removal liquid is supplied after the formation of the particle retention layer, without undergoing a process of alternating the solute component.Type: GrantFiled: July 7, 2022Date of Patent: March 5, 2024Assignee: SCREEN HOLDINGS CO., LTD.Inventors: Yukifumi Yoshida, Ayumi Higuchi, Naoko Yamaguchi

Patent number: 10781464Abstract: A method for producing a fatty acid ester according to the present invention includes mixing a raw fat or oil, a liquid enzyme, and an alcohol having 1 to 8 carbon atoms in the presence of water and an electrolyte. According to the present invention, a fatty acid ester can be efficiently produced via a transesterification reaction without using any expensive buffer solution or amphipathic substance. Furthermore, in the reaction, it is not necessarily required to agitate reactants at a high speed, which makes the present invention adaptive to various production facilities and conditions.Type: GrantFiled: July 1, 2016Date of Patent: September 22, 2020Assignee: Kansai Chemical Engineering Co., Ltd.Inventors: Ayumi Yoshida, Shinji Hama, Hideo Noda

Patent number: 9786945Abstract: In a method of manufacturing an electrode assembly for a rectangular battery, in which positive electrodes and negative electrodes are alternately laminated so that a separator exists between the respective positive and negative electrodes, the manufacturing method includes the steps of: arranging a plurality of guide members in zigzag form in a perpendicular direction; inserting a continuous member of the separator between one and another one rows of the guide members; folding, into zigzag form, the continuous member by intersecting the rows of the guide members in a horizontal direction; inserting alternately the positive electrodes and the negative electrodes in respective valley grooves of the zigzag-folded continuous member; withdrawing the guide members from the respective valley grooves of the continuous member; and pressing, thereafter, the continuous member in the zigzag direction so as to make flat the continuous member.Type: GrantFiled: October 31, 2014Date of Patent: October 10, 2017Assignee: ELIIY POWER CO., LTD.Inventors: Takuya Sakata, Ayumi Yoshida, Hiroshi Sato

Patent number: 9446593Abstract: A flow-path member has a flow path to supply liquid to each head main body having nozzle openings through which liquid is ejected. The flow path of the flow-path member includes a mainstream portion and a plurality of tributary portions which branch off from the mainstream portion. Each of the plurality of tributary portions includes a vertical flow path which is connected, on an outlet port side, to a manifold portion of the head main body. Furthermore, in the vertical flow path, the cross-sectional area changes in the middle thereof. In addition, in the respective vertical flow paths, positions at which the cross-sectional areas change are different from each other.Type: GrantFiled: October 16, 2015Date of Patent: September 20, 2016Assignee: Seiko Epson CorporationInventor: Ayumi Yoshida
