    Abstract: An insect trap for use in monitoring or suppressing flying insects, such as bark beetles. The trap comprises a plurality of conical members or funnels, and spacing members for spacing the funnels a predetermined distance when in use, and providing for nesting of the funnels for shipment or storage. Each of the funnels communicates with a funnel below and the lowermost funnel communicates with a collection container.
