  • Publication number: 20250131815
Abstract: A method for automated operation of a system for summoning help from emergency responders is shown and described. A database contains identity and qualifications of potential responders, as well as their geographic locations. Upon receipt of a call for assistance, the system prioritizes available responders based on qualifications and estimated response time. All of these parameters can be updated in real time to reflect changing conditions, with a list of proposed responders being reprioritized accordingly. The system automates data which formerly was verified manually, and also prioritizes proposed responders relying on parameters based on appropriateness for the specific type of emergency.

  • Publication number: 20250129798
Abstract: A fan assembly, including a fan body including first and second retention assemblies and an inlet surface defining an air inlet. A motor-driven impeller contained within the fan body generates an airflow. A filter assembly attached to the fan body includes one or more flexible filter media, a first engagement element positioned at first edge of the filter media, and a second engagement element positioned at a second, opposite edge of the filter media. The filter assembly is furlable, and the first and second engagement elements releasably engage with the respective first and second retention assemblies of the fan body to retain the filter assembly tautly over the inlet surface in an at least partially unfurled state, such that, in use, airflow drawn through the air inlet by the motor-driven impeller is drawn through the filter media. The fan body is cylindrical in shape and the filter assembly wraps around substantially all the fan body.

  • Publication number: 20250132859
Abstract: An ultra-high reliability station (UHR STA) requests that medium access control (MAC) header protection padding be included in an MAC Protocol Data Unit (MPDU). A protected control frame may be received from the UHR AP comprising an MPDU that includes a MAC header protection padding field. The MAC header protection padding field may comprise padding to allow for additional time for the processing circuitry to compute the MIC before sending the ACK. For multi-link operations (MLOs) when MAC header protection padding is used, each link may be configured with an independent replay counter and a different key is used for the protected control frame and a protected MAC header in each link. The independent replay counter in each link is reset to zero when the key is derived or rekeyed and set to a packet or sequence number (PN or SN) of the protected control frame or protected MAC header when the MIC is verified.

  • Publication number: 20250128611
Abstract: A work machine using a direct current power system that isolates reactive loads is described herein. The work machine uses a machine power distribution unit that receives direct current power from two or more battery banks of a power unit, whereby each of the battery banks deliver electrical power on a separate direct current bus. A machine power distribution unit of the work machine receives the electrical power from the battery and is used to isolate the power using bus connectors. One of the battery banks provides power to one direct current bus of the work machine and another battery bank provides power to another direct current bus of the work machine. A reactive load serviced by one of the battery banks is electrically disconnected from another reactive load serviced by the other battery bank.

  • Patent number: 12280925
Abstract: Drink containers include a liquid container and a cap assembly removably coupled to the liquid container. Cap assemblies include a switch, a trigger and seal bar. Upon actuating the trigger the seal bar slides back to form a drink outlet opening in the cap assembly. To hold the seal bar in an open state without additional external force from the user, the switch is slid from an unlocked position to a locked position, thereby keeping the drink outlet and a vent formed in the cap assembly open in order to cool down a warm beverage in the liquid container.

  • Patent number: 12282411
Abstract: Some embodiments generate prompts and submit them in queries to a language model trained on code to perform automated program repair. Some embodiments fix syntactic mistakes and semantic mistakes by combining multimodal prompts, iterative querying, test-case-based selection of few-shots, and program chunking. In some cases, edit distance is minimized between an initial flawed program and the automatically created improved version of that program. The initial flawed program is obtained from a programming student, or from a source code generator.

  • Patent number: 12281331
Abstract: Methods provided by the present disclosure utilize extracorporeal shockwaves, mechanical impacts and/or principles of lithotripsy to break up a tissue sample into smaller fragments—clusters of cells and/or single cells—after which a desired cellular fraction can be isolated from the sample. Devices provided by the present disclosure deploy focused and/or directed shockwaves, and/or focused and directed mechanical impacts, to break apart a tissue sample. The devices maintain the sample in a sterile, closed environment during exposure to the shockwaves or mechanical impacts. Therefore, the shockwaves and/or mechanical impacts are generated outside of a closed device and are transmitted through one or more walls of the device into its interior, where the sample is located.
