  • Publication number: 20220304937
Abstract: The present invention relates to pediatric drug formulation. Especially, this invention relates to the manufacturing of granules comprising a core comprising a drug having an unpleasant taste, which may be a primary bile acid, such as for example cholic acid, and a taste-masking coating. The purpose of the invention is to fully mask unpleasant taste of the drug, while ensuring its availability at the duodenum biological site.
    Type: Application
    Filed: June 14, 2022
    Publication date: September 29, 2022

  • Patent number: 6927262
Abstract: The invention relates to novel bridged biphosphole ligands according to the general formula: where R2, R3, R4 are chosen from hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or silyl, R1 is chosen from hydrogen, alkyl, aryl or halogen, R1 possibly being replaced with a direct bond between the two phosphorus atoms and T is a divalent group. The invention also relates to metallocenes obtained from these ligands. These metallocenes are useful as catalytic components for the polymerization of olefins.

  • Patent number: 4370128
Abstract: A protective device for a discharge end of a tubular rotary kiln comprises a flange extending radially outwardly of the metal kiln shell, a metallic ring affixed to the flange and arranged concentric with the shell at the discharge end, and a refractory ring covering the metallic ring and the front face of the flange. Two sleeves concentrically surrounding the external surface of the metal shell to define respective inner and outer annular chambers through which cooling air is circulated to cool the rear face of the flange, a space between the metallic ring and the internal surface of the metal shell communicating with the outer annular chamber through a passage between the rear face of the flange and the discharge end, and with the inner annular chamber through a port in the metal shell spaced inwardly of the discharge end.

  • Patent number: 4209079
Abstract: A lubricating system for bearing shoes supporting a drum of a crusher for rotation and defining a lubricating oil basin between an upstream and downstream end, in the direction of rotation, comprises a low pressure oil pump operable to deliver lubricating oil to the upstream end of the bearing shoes during rotation of the drum, a high pressure pump operable to deliver lubricating oil to the basin at the start of rotation, and thermocouples arranged to measure the temperature of the bearing shoes close to their gliding surfaces, the thermocouples controlling the high pressure pump operation in response to a temperature sensed by the thermocouples and exceeding a set value.

  • Patent number: 4188077
Abstract: A thrust bearing comprises a support and a stationary stand, the support being mounted on the stand for pivoting about an axis extending radially with respect to a cylinder rotating about an axis and comprising a ring and bearings supporting the ring for rotation of the cylinder. The ring has two plane faces, one face on each side of the pivoting axis of the support, and bearings are mounted on the pivotal support in a gliding relationship along at least one of the plane faces of the ring.
