  • Publication number: 20100204083
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method of producing ethylgeranonitrile through reaction of ethylheptenone with a deprotonated nitrile and, if appropriate, subsequent saponification and decarboxylation. Moreover, the invention relates to mixtures comprising 3,7-dimethyl-2,6-nonadienenitrile and at least one compound selected from the group of compounds 3,7-dimethyl-3,6-nonadienenitrile and 3-methylene-7-methyl-6-nonenenitrile, and to fragrance compositions comprising these.

  • Publication number: 20080127727
Abstract: The invention relates to a piezoelectric sensor which comprises a piezoelectric measuring transducer, an amplifier circuit and also at least one connection for external current or signal lines, these elements being integrated on or in a carrier structure. The sensor thereby enables measurement under different temperature conditions. The piezoelectric sensor according to the invention is used for oscillation, acceleration or deflection measurement, in particular in mechanical engineering, in air and space travel or in the automobile industry.

  • Patent number: 5725810
Abstract: The packing for a counterflow high pressure column contains an ordered array of shaped lamella aligned parallel to the column axis. The packing comprises a bundle of strings extending in the direction of the column axis. Each string consists of a stack of packing elements, with adjacent elements belonging to different strings respectively forming a packing section perpendicular to the column axis. Each packing element is constructed in layers formed by the lamella. The layers are oriented in such a manner that gap-like or channel-like intermediate spaces between the lamella are laterally bounded by transversely lying lamella of adjacent packing elements belonging to the same packing section.
