Abstract: In the processing of wholesale payments over the Internet, a condition manager within the buyer's banking institution will implement a condition manager that has an ability to contact a legacy fraud detection system, which monitors whether the proposed purchase is fraudulent or not. Such legacy fraud detection systems typically are looking for unusual purchasing patterns or other aberrations relative to this particular customer's past buying habits.
