Abstract: A belt, such as a round baler belt, includes an internal region, an external region, a core region arranged between the internal region and the external region, and at least one peripheral region arranged transversely to longitudinal direction of the round baler belt. The peripheral region is arranged at least partially between the internal region and the external region, and the belt is continuously closed in the longitudinal direction. The peripheral region may be arranged entirely between the internal region and the external region. In some cases, at least one peripheral region is two peripheral regions located opposite one another transversely to the longitudinal direction. Furthermore, the core region may be continuously wound, and even formed of reinforcing fabric. In some aspects, the internal region and/or the external region and/or a peripheral region and/or both peripheral regions contain an elastomeric material.
