  • Patent number: 7429234
Abstract: The present invention is an oval track stepper, which has resolved the disadvantage of a typical oval track stepper by having rear ends of left and right stepping rods linked to left and right sides of a freewheel set and the enclosure, leading to excessive spacing against stepping comfort. The oval track stepper includes a main frame, a head frame, left and right stepping rods, left and right vertical swing rods, a freewheel set and damping device. The freewheel set and damping device are mounted externally at left and right stepping rods. An obstruction-free and closer space between left and right stepping rods delivers an optimum stepping distance for the users, thus improving comfort and practicability.

  • Publication number: 20070093361
Abstract: The present invention combines the handle bar and swaying damping device by using a swaying structure for the handle bar of fitness equipment. The handle bar can sway independently, and the swaying modes can be properly adjusted to achieve dynamic balance for the users. The present invention offers a swaying damping device for the handle bar of fitness equipment, which is linked to a preset location, such that the handle bar can sway independently of the users. The swaying damping device can provide preset resistance to the handle bar, thus achieving resistance and springing force for the swaying structure of handle bar, and also improving flexibility, independency and convenience.

  • Patent number: 6641506
Abstract: A walking machine includes a base, two swivel devices, two footboards movable in sideway directions, a connection transmission device, two recovery transmission devices, and a damping device. The footboards are driven by two feet of an exerciser to actuate the two swivel devices such that two support arms of the swivel devices actuate the two recovery transmission devices, thereby causing two transmission elements of the recovery transmission devices to act on the damping device via the connection transmission device.
