Abstract: Sensor packages and manufacturing methods thereof are disclosed. One of the sensor packages includes a semiconductor chip and a redistribution layer structure. The semiconductor chip has a sensing surface. The redistribution layer structure is arranged to form an antenna transmitter structure aside the semiconductor chip and an antenna receiver structure over the sensing surface of the semiconductor chip.

Abstract: A camera capable of using in the portable information appliance products is disclosed, including a camera body and a lens provided thereon. A view-finding mirror is placed on the same surface as the lens, and the view-finding mirror is a protrusion processed with glossing so that through the view-finding mirror, the object to be photographed can be viewed. The camera has a function of supporting focusing, and the image of the object to be photographed can be easily captured as well as a self-portrait can be easily taken. Furthermore, the camera can be practically applicable to portable information appliance products, and it has a stylish shape.

Abstract: A steering wheel lock equipped with all alarming device which can be actuated on the lock being sabotaged or cut off. The steering wheel lock has an alarm unit in connection to an actuation switch having a retractable button. An indirect transmission member has a spring biased drive pin the bottom of which can fall on a smooth front section or in a recess of the dentiform section of the lock stick so that the top end of the drive pin can be engageable with the retractable button of the actuation switch or can separate therefrom respectively. So, the first alarm means can be put in a reset mode and in an operation mode accordingly. As a burglar sabotages the steering wheel lock, the first alarm on the alert can be actuated as a result of shaking or vibration and produces alarm sound to the maximum level of 120 dB.

Abstract: A lock assembly for a gear shifter of a vehicle includes a base plate mounted to a floor of the vehicle adjacent to the gear shifter, a base frame mounted on the base plate, and a motor mounted on the base frame and having an output bevel gear. A pair of mount plates are spaced on the base frame. A hollow holder is movably mounted on two guiding bars which parallelly extend between the mount plates. A holder block is provided inside the hollow holder. A guiding sleeve mounted on the base plate receives a screw therein. An end of the screw extends out of the guiding sleeve and engages with a holder for securely holding the gear shifter and for moving therewith. A screw member is rotatably mounted in one of the mount plates. The screw member includes a bevel gear end which meshes with the bevel gear of the motor, a right hand thread portion which engages with the hollow holder, and a left hand thread portion which engages with the holder block.
