    Abstract: A method for determining a probability of a kidney stone in a subject being a uric-acid (UA) stone includes steps of: establishing, by using a machine learning algorithm, a prediction model based on a plurality of training data sets that are related to a plurality of patients, each of the plurality of training data sets at least including an estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) and a value of urine pH; and feeding an input variable set into the prediction model so as to obtain the probability of the kidney stone in the subject being a UA stone. The input variable set is related to the subject and including an eGFR and a value of urine pH of the subject.

    Abstract: A silicon dioxide vaccine delivery system uses virus-like particles as templates. The particle morphology of the silicon dioxide vaccine system is 50-500 nm of nanoparticles, of which an antigenic component is 20-200 nm of virus-like particles, an adjuvant component is nano silicon dioxide, the silicon dioxide component is wrapped on the surface of the virus-like particle, and a mass ratio of silicon element to antigen is 50-0.5:1. The construction of the silicon dioxide vaccine delivery system includes steps of: (1) adding a proper amount of 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane into an aqueous solution containing virus-like particles and stirring; (2) adding a proper amount of tetraethoxysilane into the dispersion system in step (1) and stirring; and (3) centrifuging a reactant obtained in step (2) and removing a supernatant to obtain a product. A vaccine constructed by means of the vaccine system can trigger a host to generate humoral and cellular immune levels.

    Abstract: A serial presence detect (SPD) device includes nonvolatile memory to store SPD information. Parity information suitable for single error correct and double error detect (SEC-DED) is also stored in association with the SPD information in the nonvolatile memory. The combination of SPD information and parity information is organized into codewords addressable at each memory location. During an initialization period occurring after a power on reset and before the SPD device is accepting I2C commands, the SPD device checks each memory location (codeword) for errors. Each error detected is counted to provide an indicator of device health. Before the initialization period expires, the SPD device writes a corrected codeword back to the nonvolatile memory.

The system is designed to process videos by removing spatial cues to protect privacy while retaining critical information for action recognition. The anonymization function, based on an encoder-decoder model, undergoes iterative training on a dataset to optimize the balance between obscuring privacy-sensitive information and preserving capability of recognizing actions. This training involves freezing and adjusting the weights of an action recognition branch and a self-supervised privacy removal branch to refine the model's effectiveness. The outcome is an anonymized video with minimized privacy information leakage, suitable for action analysis without privacy labels.
