    Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting cracks in a surface by analyzing a video, including an full-HD video, of the surface. The video contains successive frames, wherein individual frames of overlapping consecutive pairs of the successive frames have overlapping areas and a crack that appears in a first individual frame of a consecutive pair of the successive frames also appears in at least a second individual frame of the consecutive pair. A fully convolutional network (FCN) architecture implemented on a processing device is then used to analyze at least some of the individual frames of the video to generate crack score maps for the individual frames, and a parametric data fusion scheme implemented on a processing device is used to fuse crack scores of the crack score maps of the individual frames to identify cracks in the individual frames.

This enables the wafer lift pin system to precisely control the speed, acceleration, and deceleration of the lift pins to achieve consistent and repeatable lift pin rise times and fall times. A controller and various sensors and valves may control the gas pressures in the wafer lift pin system based on various factors, such as historic rise times, historic fall times, and/or the condition of the lift pins. This enables smoother and more controlled automatic operation of the lift pins, which reduces and/or minimizes wafer shifting and wafer instability, which may reduce processing defects and maintain or improve processing yields.

In this application, the number of frames overflowed previously is made up each time a skill is released, to ensure that the actual number of frames under acceleration/deceleration is close to the theoretical number of frames.

In one embodiment, the system calculates velocities with the location data and the other sensor data. The system generates a probabilistic model for velocity with a velocity calculated with location data and variance associated with the location data. The system determines a confidence score by applying the probabilistic model to one or more of the velocities calculated with other sensor data. In another embodiment, the system implements a machine learning model that considers features extracted from the sensor data. The system generates a feature vector for the location data and determines a confidence score for the location data by applying the machine learning model to the feature vector. Based on the confidence score, the system can validate the location data. The validated location data is useful for navigation and map updates.

The electronic tag includes device information of the second device, and the device information includes the BLUETOOTH address or a tag identifier (ID) used to obtain the BLUETOOTH address. The first device exchanges a WI-FI connection parameter with the second device through a BLUETOOTH connection corresponding to the BLUETOOTH address. The first device establishes a WI-FI connection to the second device. After the WI-FI connection is established, the first device automatically transfers the first file to the second device through the WI-FI connection.
