  • Publication number: 20250107196
Abstract: A method according to the present disclosure includes receiving a workpiece that includes a gate structure, a first gate spacer feature, a second gate spacer feature, a gate-top dielectric feature over the gate structure, the first gate spacer feature and the second gate spacer feature, a first source/drain feature over a first source/drain region, a second source/drain feature over a second source/drain region, a first dielectric layer over the first source/drain feature, and a second dielectric layer over the second source/drain feature. The method further includes replacing a top portion of the first dielectric layer with a first hard mask layer, forming a second hard mask layer over the first hard mask layer while the second dielectric layer is exposed, etching the second dielectric layer to form a source/drain contact opening and to expose the second source/drain feature, and forming a source/drain contact over the second source/drain feature.

  • Patent number: 12254643
Abstract: A method for registering a two-dimensional image data set with a three-dimensional image data set of a body of interest is discloses herein. The method includes the following steps: defining a first vector of a registered virtual camera in a coordinate system of the three-dimensional image data et; obtaining a first transformed vector of an unregistered virtual camera in the coordinate system of the three-dimensional image data set by transforming the first vector of the registered virtual camera through at least one transforming matrix; defining a focal point of the unregistered virtual camera at a reference point of the two-dimensional image data set in the coordinate system of the three-dimensional image data set; and repositioning the unregistered virtual camera according to the first transformed vector and the focal point of the unregistered virtual camera.

  • Patent number: 11388682
Abstract: In one example, a device may include a transceiver to receive a signal at a first transmit power from an access point via a wireless network connection. The first transmit power may be based on a feedback received signal strength indicator (RSSI) value. Further, the device may include a noise detection unit to determine device noise generated in the device and a signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) monitoring unit to determine that an SNR value associated with the wireless network connection falls below a threshold due to the device noise. Furthermore, the device may include a control unit to modify the feedback RSSI value upon determining that the SNR value falls below the threshold and transmit the modified feedback RSSI value to the access point via the transceiver.
