The connecting device is capable of making the auxiliary member pivotally movable between a usage position across the first and second side arm and a storage position in front of one of the side arm of the baby carrier. It reduces possibilities of nipping or injury to the occupant's fingers.

Abstract: A locking device for collapsable stroller is located at the gripping portion of handle. The locking device comprises a housing, a pair of meshed gear members in the housing pivotal in two different opposite directions, a push button engaged with gear members, and a pair of steel cables coupled to the gear members. Whereby, pressing a push button pulls steel cables toward the center of gripping portion, thereby unlocking the latches so as to unfold the stroller thereafter. The stroller further comprises a safety mechanism at the upper side of one gear member. Safety mechanism comprises a pawl-like member caught by the gear member in the locked state of the stroller, thus preventing latches from accidentally being unlocked.

Abstract: A flexible transmission device utilizes two flexible cables or ropes to pass through a narrow passage and connect two operating elements. An extendable mechanism is an intermediate of the two flexible elements. The extendable mechanism includes two tubes co-axially linked to each other. The two flexible elements overlap in the extendable mechanism in a free moving condition, which allows the relative distance between the two operating elements changing. When a flexible element is pulled from an operating member, a slider connected between the two flexible elements will be biased to fasten the two flexible elements so that the drag force can be transmitted to the second operating member.

Abstract: A support structure for car safety seat for installing on an extensible and retractable stroller which includes a front frame, a rear frame, a handle grip and a support frame. The support structure includes a first and a second support member mounted on the support frame for supporting the weight of a car safety seat. The first support member is stationary. The second support member has two ends engaged respectively with a first and second rotary disks which are turnable about same axis which maintains a fixed distance with the first support member. Turning the second support member may change the relative distance between the first and second support member thereby to support car safety seat of different sizes.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a braking device for a stroller which provides the braking function on both rear wheels synchronously. The present invention utilizes a pedal which can swing left and right to carry a rotary cam mechanism. Then the pedal will convert the swinging motion to a linear back and forth motion on the left and right braking rods. To step on the pedal is to control the motion of left and right braking rods. The left and right braking rods will be carried by the pedal to brake or release these two wheels. The pedal further has a holding mechanism for keeping the pedal in a braked or released position.

Abstract: A seat is configured to comprise a plurality of notches on the arm of seat portion and two shaped shrouds of backrest each covered on the arm. Whereby raising the shrouds will cause the shrouds to disengage from the notches so as to freely move above along the notches and release of the shrouds will cause the shrouds to move downward to engage with the notches. By utilizing this, an angle adjustment of backrest with respect to seat portion is effected.

Abstract: A safety brake device for a stroller is disclosed. The brake device will automatically preclude the movement of the stroller when the user releases the brake handle. The brake handle is movably mounted to the stroller for being pushed down during manual propulsion of the stroller. A pulling wire connects to the brake handle for operating a brake assembly incorporating with the wheels. The brake handle is movable between a first and a second positions. In the first position without being handled by the user, the brake assembly precludes the rotation of the wheels. In the second position where the brake handle is pushed down by the user, the pulling wire actuates the brake assembly to release the brake and enables rotation of the wheels. When the user leaves the stroller, the brake handle retrieves to the first position, then the wheels are braked and precluded from rotation.

Abstract: A detachable arm for a baby stroller comprises a left and a right sub-arms releasably attached to a left and a right sub-frames respectively by a respective engaging member, and an attaching member for releasably attaching left and right sub-arms together wherein left and right sub-arms are attached to form a complete arm in an operating position, and left and right sub-arms are separated each other and rotate downwardly a predetermined angle with respect to sub-frames when the attaching member is separated from one of the sub-arms, or alternatively left and right sub-arms are separated from sub-frames when the engaging member are separated from sub-frames in a non-operating position.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a child walker, which utilizes a circular base member and a specially designed moving device to provide the functions of tipping preventing and auto-braking. By these designs, the child walker can prevent from tipping when it passes over an edge of a floor or vicinity of stair steps and control the speed of the child walker. The moving device is connected to the bottom of the circular base member for supporting the circular base member, wherein the moving device further comprises un-directional rollers for moving to an uncertain direction, directional rollers for moving to a certain direction but with a little deviation in angle from the forward direction and a stopping means for prevent the child walker from tipping when any roller is passing over an edge of a floor and then inclining by the friction between the bottom of the circular base member and the surface of the floor.
