    Abstract: A power detection circuit is provided for detecting current total input power of a resonant circuit. The power detection circuit includes a detection circuit and an estimation circuit. The detection circuit receives a current signal and obtains resonant-slot baseband power according to the current signal to generate the baseband power value. The current signal represents a resonant-slot current generated by the resonant circuit. The estimation circuit receives the baseband power value and estimates the current total input power according to the baseband power value to generate an estimated power value.

    Abstract: A preparation method for a corrosion-resistant coating of a reinforcing steel for marine concrete, comprising the steps: (1) pretreating the surface of a reinforcing steel; (2) preparing self-repairing corrosion microcapsules; (3) preparing a cathodic electrophoresis coating; (4) carrying out cathodic electrophoresis; and (5) curing. The electrophoresis coating of the present invention contains the self-repairing corrosion microcapsules, metal powder, and graphene oxide powder. The corrosion resistance of the coating is improved under the co-action of the self-repairing properties of the self-repairing microcapsules and cathodic protection. The corrosion-resistant coating has excellent adhesion and corrosion resistance, prolonging the service life of reinforcing steel. It is widely used for the protection of reinforcing steels for marine concrete, and also for the protection of metal structures in general environment.

    Abstract: A method of monitoring both liner wear and charge impact in an industrial mill uses a sensor mounted on an elongated element deployed through a shell into a liner of the mill. The elongated element wears at a same rate as the liner under conditions within the shell. Liner wear is related to a reduction in length of the elongated element as measured by travel time of an ultrasound wave, while location and strength of charge impact is related to change in amplitude of vibrations caused by the charge impact. Liner wear measurement can be improved by using shear ultrasound waves instead of conventional longitudinal ultrasound waves. A mill monitoring apparatus has a means for acquiring ultrasonic waves and audible sound waves using the same digitizer; a means for determining the angular position of the monitoring apparatus; and a means for supplying electric power to the apparatus.
