    Abstract: A fixing structure used to connect a display panel to a housing of an electronic device during manufacture of the electronic device includes a fixing member, an auxiliary member spaced apart from the fixing member, and supporting posts disposed between the fixing member and the auxiliary member. The fixing member is to be bonded to the display panel. A projection of an outer edge of the auxiliary member on a plane of the fixing member is outside of an outer edge of the fixing member. The supporting posts and the auxiliary member are removed after the display panel is bonded to the fixing member. A method for assembling the display panel with the fixing structure is also disclosed.

The reticle chuck is positioned in the housing and has an effective surface configured to secure a reticle. The effective surface is located between the predetermined plane and the top housing member. The reticle chuck is movable between two boundary lines that are perpendicular to the effective surface. A width of the opening is greater than a distance between the two boundary lines. The gas delivery assembly is positioned within the housing and configured to supply gas into the housing.

    Abstract: An illumination system comprises a main waveguide, a scattering structure, and an extending waveguide. The main waveguide includes an incident face and a surface opposite the incident face, wherein external light passes through the incident face into the main waveguide. The scattering structure is disposed on or close to the surface of the main waveguide so as to scatter the external light transmitted into the main waveguide. The extending waveguide has an illuminating surface and a joint interface between itself and the main waveguide. The joint interface is not shaded by the scattering structure and allows the scattered external light to pass through the illuminating surface to illuminate an illuminated area. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the illumination system is simple and efficiently collecting the external light in a broader incident angle to provide illumination. A method for manufacturing the illumination system is also disclosed.
