The method includes applying a pressure difference to a molding resin for driving the molding resin to flow into a preform in the mold cavity; detecting a flow front of the molding resin at a first position and a second position in the mold cavity; and calculating a flowing property of the molding resin based on the first position, the second position, a travelling time of the flow front from the first position to the second position, and the pressure difference.

    Abstract: A successive approximation register (SAR) analog to digital converter (ADC) and a method of detecting an offset of a comparator are introduced. The SAR ADC includes a switch circuit, a comparator and a calibration circuit. The switch circuit is configured to perform a swapping operation on a first intermediate analog signal and a second intermediate analog signal to generate a first swapped analog signal and a second swapped analog signal. The comparator is coupled to the switching circuit and is configured to compare the first intermediate analog signal and the second intermediate analog signal before the swapping operation to generate a least-significant-bit value. The comparator is further configured to compare the first swapped analog signal and the second swapped analog signal after the swapping operation to generate a calibration bit value. The calibration circuit is configured to determine whether the comparator has an offset according to the least-significant-bit value and the calibration bit value.

    Abstract: Optical proximity correction (OPC) based computational lithography techniques are disclosed herein for enhancing lithography printability. An exemplary mask optimization method includes receiving an integrated circuit (IC) design layout having an IC pattern; generating target points for a contour corresponding with the IC pattern based on a target placement model, wherein the target placement model is selected based on a classification of the IC pattern; and performing an OPC on the IC pattern using the target points, thereby generating a modified IC design layout. The method can further include fabricating a mask based on the modified IC design layout. The OPC can select an OPC model based on the classification of the IC pattern. The OPC model can weight the target placement model.

    Abstract: A loudspeaker system includes a first loudspeaker driver with a voice coil mounted thereon and a second loudspeaker driver with a voice coil mounted thereon. A carrier has a bearing plate and a leg member which is mounted to the first loudspeaker driver for supporting and spacing the bearing plate apart from the first loudspeaker driver. The bearing plate has a flat bearing surface. A support plate can support the second loudspeaker driver and has a flat base surface disposed on the bearing surface of the bearing plate. A retaining unit can retain releasably the support plate on the bearing plate. First and second contact members are mounted respectively to the bearing and base surfaces of the bearing and support plates. A connecting unit can connect electrically the first and second contact members to the voice coils of the first and second loudspeaker drivers, respectively. The first and second contact members make electrical contact with each other when the support plate is disposed on the bearing plate.
