A width of at least one of the illuminating area power-supply lines and the corresponding routing area power-supply line or a length of at least one of the routing area power-supply lines is adjusted, such that differences among resistances between the light-emitting blocks and the control area are within 20%.

Then, a first voltage difference and a second voltage difference are respectively formed in the first blocks and the second blocks respectively, wherein the first voltage difference is different from the second voltage difference. Accordingly, the polymerizable molecules are polymerized to form the liquid crystal display panel.
