    Abstract: A ripple suppressor suppresses ripples of a channel current. The ripple suppressor comprises a voltage-controlled current source, a stabilizer, and an auto-calibration circuit. A control voltage at a control node controls the channel current flowing through a path connecting first and second channel nodes. The voltage-controlled current source receives a current-setting signal to generate the control voltage, so as to stabilize the channel current in response to the current-setting signal. The stabilizer at least provides low-pass filtering to generate and stabilize the current-setting signal in response to a first channel voltage at the first channel node. The auto-calibration circuit controls the stabilizer in response to the control voltage, so as to make the control voltage in compliance with a first predetermined condition.

The fluorescent conversion layer is disposed in the tubular structure and covers the light emitting chip. A ratio of a maximal vertical thickness and a maximal horizontal thickness of the fluorescent conversion layer at the light emitting chip is between 0.1 and 10. A distance for the light ray to pass through the fluorescent conversion layer is controlled by using the tubular structure, so as to solve a problem of the conventional art that fluorescent powder coating package technique results in non-uniform color temperature of the emitted light.

An optical signal is transmitted between the light-guide device and the upper surface of the plate via the light guiding hole. A metal layer is further formed on an inner wall of the light guiding hole, to reduce the roughness of the inner wall and reflects the optical signal by the reflection characteristics of metal. Further, the light guiding hole is filled with a transparent substance to transmit the optical signal and to stop foreign material from entering the light guiding hole.
